Hotel 101 may have lost its luster. The AC is not clean it was showing an FR error message and shuts down by itself, the wallpaper has peeling off and the towels are greying out. Wifi waa terrible. I was on a Zoom Call on the desk and Zoom was kicking me out of the meetings several times.
I booked Hotel 101 because of its location. It is near MOA, PICC and many more.
I think, if the hotel will make some improvements it will go far. It may be due for renovation.

**Review of Phoenix Hotel Manila**
I recently stayed at Phoenix Hotel Manila and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I checked in around 2:45 AM, and from the start, the receptionist was unfriendly and did not provide a warm welcome.
I had booked a room with a city view, but when I opened the curtains, I was shocked to find a view of the parking ramp instead. When I called the receptionist to inquire about this, her explanation—that the hotel was fully booked—was unacceptable, as my reservation clearly specified a city view.
Additionally, the room itself had an unpleasant odor and was poorly maintained. Essential items like paper towels were missing, and the paper provided on the table resembled scratch paper, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, I felt that my stay did not provide the value for money.I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

I stayed in an executive king room, and it was ok. My biggest issue is that the room was too warm for my taste wioth little air circulation which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast served in the executive lounge was below average with most of the food being served cold, like the eggs, bacon, hashborwns, etc. All cold. Also the executive check-in process was very drawn out and takes way too long. I was tired from flight and just wanted to go to my room. The room was clean and nicely arranged and the staff is pleasant.

My wife and I along with our son stayed there for one night. Room was clean and smelt good along with the bathroom. Ac was also cold. My only two complaintd was that the hot water in the shower was only just enough and wasn't consistent. My second complaint was that on the way from the elevator to the room at the end of the hallway it smelt like mold, then cooked food then smelt like paint and another time mostly paint. We stayed on the ninth floor and a guy came out the room next to us who had painting because he had a cart with paint. My wife is pregnant and we have a three year old son so I worried about that. Those are my only issues otherwise linen and bed comfy, locks on the window good, good tv signal, and tv clarity. Breakfast buffet wasn't that great. Thought it was a waste. Tables were opened but not cleaned right away and also a waited broke glass on the floor. Another waiter was snappy when I asked a question didn't let me finish.

KKarlNice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .

AAnonymous UserThe place is near everything. A Nice place to stay before your flight. The place needs some upgrade and cleaning to make it spick and span. The unit they assigned me to has very weak internet connection. It drops off easily. Then a notice of delimquent payment from PLDT appears. After that, connection drops.
The towels provided wont absorb wet particles on your body. It also has some feathers pulling away.
The view from the hallway is superb. You can see the parking bldg just beside the property.

Arrived in the airport with their own transport service already waiing, in the hotel itself waited for more than 30 mins just for check in. Hotel itself is old and hallways smell moldy and musty. Elevators and hallways not airconditioned. Room given was far from elevators so expect to walk a few minutes if not choosing to be near lifts. Room itself was old and small, 2 double beds with small bathroom. Expect to meet cockroaches. Overall not recommended

GGuest UserHotel is very neat and clean and staff are very polite and very cooperative in nature. One thing is most like that they are serving food for 24 X 7 with minimum lapse of time. Food is also hygienic and affordable rate. Their room services are excellent and they are cleaning their room on daily basis with change of pillow cover and bed sheet too. The location is also very good and near by Manila International Airport say hardly 3.4 kms. to 3.7 kms. They are providing airport shuttle services that I don't know. But I have the best experience of the hotel. Victory Liner Bus Terminal is also in walkable distance so that you can visit nearby cities of Metro Manila. You can say it is in the center of Pasay city. Once again I like to stay there and I recommend to stay there for good experience forever. I wish them good luck.

Ppoppimds007You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! This is The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 61 year's of exsistance. There contact number doesn't work. Because the Country added a 8 to the begging of the number But it still don't work even if you add an 8.I contacted your chat line on the 7th about it because I'm a disabled person and I needed a 1st floor. We'll once I arrived in the evening of June 8th. I requested a 1st floor room. To my surprise. Only a 3rd floor room was available. I was very tired having traveled all day. It was late and I was 5 kilometers from the airport. And Manila has a curfew. Well I decided for my safety I would stay because I have a 14 hour layover. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities about this establishment ias well. Hopefully you fix this or I'll be forced to start using Trip Advisor again. GGuest UserThe location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired.
