The room was spotless, spacious, and bright. The VU Bar on the 45th floor had a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel service was excellent, and they even offered airport drop-off. My only regret is not having had time to enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

We stayed here about 2 years ago, so we tried again. There was a bathtub, which was very good. We expected breakfast but too many fried foods. My daughter and I ordered omlets but the young staff couldn’t take order properly. I think she needs to study English more. We stayed for 2 nights but breakfast were almost same for 2 mornings.

My stay was great, they upgraded my room to a bigger suite room. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly. There's lots of dust, you can even see some on the flooring. I kept on sneezing when I was in the room.

took airport transfer and the service for the trip was great. room was great. customer service via chat and email was terrible. it was such a hassle arranging airport transfers.

the location is really bad to travel out in the morning bec of very very bad traffic jam ---need to offset time leabing by 7am---and have to get back to hotel before 5pm---else simply from any where coming back or going out MINI traffic jam is 2 hrs arrive fm T1 at 6.15pm -car waiting n get into the car to the hotel when arrive the hotel 8.10pm---2 hrs in the bad traffic so this hotel location really very bad traffic condition Bkft is always very crowded -when u order any cook food they have to give u a number plate and wait for them to bring to u...but what happen is always shortage of helper to do this job ---so u can keep waiting
