The stay was amazing. The staff was awesome, the bed was wonderful and the views were all time. We will be back again. Make sure to book the Santorini Suites. They are worth it!!!

Not as advertised. Your confirmation referred to the property as Manucci Winery at 3775 'Adelaide' Road (note this is 3775 Adelaida Rd). Had to ask in tasting room for confirmation I had arrived at 3775; name at entrance was Sirena, internet refers to as Wild Coyote. Which of the 3 is it really?? Pool not operating (for at least 2 yr & no permit yet to do so); no spa; wedding took place in one of the buildings, which restricted our movement around the property. Overpriced. This is an entertainment venue. Will not return & wish to receive refund/full credit for use at a different property. Refer to local Paso Robles news article wherein neighbours & previous owner not in favour of creating entertainment/resort at this rural address.

Stephanie is the most impressive person on the property! She helped us turn a terrible start to our trip into the most pleasurable and enjoyed birthday my girlfriend could have for a last second reservation. She was helpful, funny, caring, excellent listener, and just a great person. We will return for her hospitality along with the beauty we experienced while staying at the resort.

The stay was amazing. The wife and I stayed there to celebrate our 22nd anniversary and it did not disappoint. The front desk clerk was super friendly and check in was fast and easy. The view at night and sunrise in the morning were breathe taking. The place is away from the city for a nice get away but close enough to stores in case you forget something. The breakfast is hearty and satisfying. Enclosed property so it’s very safe to wonder and take pics at night. Nice little shared fire pit and strings of lights that add a romantic feel. We will definitely be staying there again.

Just an incredible experience from start to finish. Staff was very pleasant and extra courteous. The resort was even more beautiful than what was expected. 5 Star experience and would suggest this resort to anyone.

The property is located in a stunning portion of Paso Robles ills. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The view, quietness of the venue, the attentive staff, and the overall ambiance are major positive attributes.
The bathroom presented a couple of issues: no door to ensure privacy, just a curtain. The sink was oddly placed in a large counter, which made it difficult to reach the faucet and sink.
