The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were welcoming and spoken good English. Everything was comfortable.

The room is a single-family villa. It's a bit old. The whole garden has a good atmosphere. There are many foreigners. The air conditioner blows directly on our bed, which is a bit cold. The bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, as always the price-quality ratio 🔥. Great location, we love this area. Nice pool, comfortable rooms and separate houses. For some, the downside is the flying foxes, quite noisy. But that's nature! Very beautiful green area.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The location is convenient, close to Terminal 21 and tuk-tuks. It's a 15-minute walk to the sea. The pool is wonderful, there are enough sun loungers. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't say anything. There is a cafe Caravan on the hotel grounds, it's very tasty, the menu is in Russian, Uzbek and Russian cuisine. There is a massage room next to the cafe. The room overlooked the pool. Cleaning on call, but they warn you about this right away at the reception. The territory is very green, on the one hand a plus, and on the other hand a minus .... because there are a lot of flying foxes in the trees. They make a lot of noise, it's good that they are silent at night, but starting from 6.30 you can hear them very well in the villa. The hotel gives out earplugs, I think so that people can get enough sleep.

In addition to bringing a fan and checking out late. Who would sleep until the check-out late if the air conditioner was broken? Because we paid for the hotel. In the price of an air-conditioned room, not a fan room. The hotel seems to be more interested and proactive in solving the problem. I will not be upset at all.
