Its a third time booking this hotel. Love to stay here. Huge rooms and great location!

The pool is small and the location is a bit inconvenient, but the service is good and the rooms are clean.

The hotel’s location is acceptable, and the facilities are fair, but the biggest issue was with the staff behavior, which was the worst part of my stay. The breakfast was extremely poor. They clearly serve leftover food from previous days, especially on the third day when I noticed the same food being presented again. During breakfast, the staff spoke in Thai, so I used Google Translate to understand what they were saying. I personally heard them mocking the guests, commenting on who eats and drinks, and how much. This is completely unprofessional, especially considering that I am paying for both the room and the breakfast. The room was cleaned daily, but the bed sheets were never changed. They provided old, torn, and dirty towels. Upon checkout, I was told that some towels were damaged or dirty and that I had to pay for them—even though they were provided to me in that condition. Most of the staff cannot speak English, not even at the reception. Shockingly, I saw restaurant staff being moved to the front desk to handle guest check-ins. How can a hotel assign non-English-speaking staff to such a crucial position? Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

Very pleasant stay! Centrally located yet quiet hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and great value for money. Ideal for solo travelers – guest-friendly and safe. Would definitely book again! 🙏

Excellent Hotel in great location Very quiet rooms

Great room but could have been cleaner. Had to request a new blanket ( first one smelled’sweaty’) . Mold starting in shower, dust in cubbyholes for towels. Shiny tiles show every drop, there were lots! Room itself was large, bed comfortable, lots of spots for luggage up off the floor, nice deck with table and two chairs. Large shower, lots of hot water. Pool was nice, loungers nice but area could have been cleaner. Well used, staff appearance could have encouraged drink purchases.  Downsides- new build going up in entrance side. Piledriving or excavating all day. One night key card didn’t work. Front desk sent us back up to 7th floor four times before they sent up staff who tried an additional two before calling maintenance to change the battery. I totally understand batteries die but felt like staff thought we were stupid.  Hallways were horribly hot. If windows were opened as soon as sun left they could create a cross breeze easily.

Originally booked for only a few nights. But due to circumstances, my stay was extended much longer. Rooms are roomy and there is a nice balcony with a table and two chairs.  House keeping was very accommodating.  Front desk staff could certainly be friendlier.  One morning I asked if they could refill my portable water bottle - No Problem.  The next day, different staff member, same request….breakfast is over, there is no water!  The price is reasonable for what you get.  I will mention that there is a building under construction right next door, and they work every day! The balcony door seals well and you virtually hear nothing inside.  Also as a result of this construction, the road does not go through at the moment, so there were occasional problems with the Bolt drivers coming the wrong way and not being able to figure out how to get to me, past the closure.  All in all, the hotel met all my needs, and I would stay again.

The hotel has an unacceptable smell. They use mosquito repellent to clean every room. We might die or suffocate from this smell. I don't prefer it.

Everything good , place , managment and rooms , so good clear quiet rooms 🙂↔️ only breakfast little bit sad , only menu 🙄

Nice and big room

The hotel is conveniently located near to the beach and also to the shopping malls. Breakfast is ok although same menu every day and with limited vegetarian options. Would have been nice to have some vegetarian food as well. Other than that the rooms are big and cleanly maintained. Bathroom also was big and spacious. Would recommend for the budget.
