Reviews of Akara Hotel Pattaya

Overall the hotel is good but plenty of rooms for improvements do exist. Breakfast is the best part of the hotel with various choices. However, there is a room design failure. The shower room is way too large and wasted a space that could have accommodated a nice sofa with a decent small table for guests convenience. On the other hand, Akara does not provide one-time slippers for guests which is not hygienic! How come it can be called a five star hotel?! But the fact is they do have it and can give you not until you call the front desk for it!! It is really bad. Why don’t you put them in place beforehand? Further, nowadays many new hotels purchase high-tech image with all controls of the room confined into a single touch screen which is ironically inconvenient! Appropriate physical buttons existence of controlling anything inside the room is still vital.

Breakfast t is good. Room is clean but it is extremely small. There is only one chair for double room. It is not enough for two persons. Swimming pool is good for taking photos but it is a bit small.

I really like this place so much the room is almost clean but I found some dust in the toilet. We can see the sea from the room.

Nice location near Terminal 21, nearby there are a few convenience stores which easy to find sth to eat at late night

Have a good vacation here. All staffs are helpful and friendly. Sky pool and bar are superb. Breakfast is delicious and variety. Only inconvenient is parking. Drop-off is too small and you are required to use valet parking that means hotel will be kept your car key.

Excellent staff and location. But hardware is not very good. Room is small. Aircon’s minimum temperature is 21 degree, which means the room is pretty hot during the day! Onsen on floor one is not working and is closed. However the roof top pool is excellent

The hotel is clean and in a convenient location. The food is delicious, but the room is not soundproof. It's not bad.

Second visit - still amazing This was my second time staying at Akara Hotel Pattaya, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The room was just as clean, cozy, and well-equipped as I remembered. AC was cool, bed was comfy, and everything worked smoothly. Front desk were friendly. The location remains perfect. Close to restaurants and shops. Location at night is loud as many bars nearby, but you cannot hear anything as they have good sound proof, that’s for my room at least, I don’t know about other rooms.

Nice view hotel .. also i have a wonder stay at Akara Hotel the staff were friendly and attentive and the room was stylish and comfortable , the rooftop pool offers a perfect view .

The is really clean, staff was really nice and friendly. I went there for my birthday, they gave me a lovely cake as a warm welcome gift. Will definitely be back for sure.

We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which was buy one, get one free, on our first night at the hotel. The cleanliness and facilities both met the standard of a five-star hotel. The location is convenient, right on the main traffic road, and close to the Terminal 21 shopping mall and the Big C supermarket. We had a pleasant stay at the Akara Hotel Pattaya.

The hotel is located 5 mins walk from Terminal21 Pattaya. 15mins walk from the beach area. The hotel is kinda new and the room is beautifully decorated and in great condition. The hotel breakfast is absolutely amazing, large variety of foods. Gorgeous view from the pool. Love it.

Perfect hotel for young couple and youth. The modern design. The gym is small sized room. The view from the rooftop pool bar is one of the best. The rooms are clean and modern minimalist designed. The most remembered is the breakfast. Really good and many varieties. The staffs are helpful. The location near terminal 21, beach, cabaret shows… mini market, restaurant and massage are easy to find.

This is our 3rd times here. Hotel is quite New. Room is nice. Thank you for upgrade our room! Definitely come back here soon!!!
