Old property. Room area is good. But cleanliness is very bad. Toilet have no shower. Only open pipe is there for bath. No tea or coffin bags also. Un maintained property.

The location is great, with a 7-Eleven, Sixth Alley, and Airplane Night Market nearby, making it very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, the air conditioning is a bit noisy, and sometimes there's no water in the bathroom, requiring staff to come and check. We had to ask the front desk for assistance with many things.

The room is big with living room but dusty and the toilet is smelly and dirty. Although the place is at the center of pattaya near walking street and the beach. The bed is also icthy.

The hotel is pretty run down, it could use a lot of renovation. The first room we were offered had a wall covered in mold but they agreed to change it to a better one. But the location is great for watching the International fireworks festival, 5 minutes walk to the main city beach. Though you have to walk through bar streets with half-naked bar-girls trying to lure tourists in. The staff was very helpful! Other guests have blocked out car at the parking lot and the guy at the reception helped to find them to remove the vehicle.

Perfect location, in a quiet Soi just behind Soi 6 the party street. The is also a large food and shopping market opposite. Very helpful staff and good sized rooms. Great price 😀

Unfortunately the room hasn’t been cleaned at all During my stay. The mattress of the bed is hard as stone! Not comfortable at all.
