The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, especially the pillows, which were great for sleeping. The only downside was the occasional strange odor in the bathroom. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, a special thank you to them.

Perfect for families! It's a two-bedroom apartment, and both rooms are quite spacious. My baby had a great time playing in the living room. The hotel itself is also very new and nice. All in all, I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Pattaya.

The room facilities were quite new, but there was a strong sewage smell from the bathroom drain. The worst part, though, was the ants, even on the bed, and I was bitten awake at night – it was absolutely disgusting. The short-haired staff member at the front desk and the security guard at the entrance had decent service attitudes. However, there was a long-haired staff member who was all smiles, practically beaming, while chatting with three white people, making me think her service was great. But the moment we spoke to her, her face instantly dropped. It was incredibly off-putting 🤢. What era are we in that they're still practicing discriminatory treatment? Everyone's here to travel, and this kind of experience is genuinely uncomfortable! In short, I don't recommend staying here unless you can tolerate rude service and a bed full of ants. Plus, the surrounding area is also quite poor.

This is fantastic place to stay in Pattaya. About 15 to 20 minutes walk to beach and seven eleven next door. Hotel was spot clean and all the amenities were provided and restocked every day. Aircon was chill, conformable beds and amazingly super comfortable pillows. Staff was friendly, approachable and ready to help. It is close to big budha, pattaya view point, pattaya park tower and pattaya beach. Swimming pool on the 16th floor was amazing and have modern shower and toilets. Kids love it. We have a nice view from balcony on 12th floor. The best thing was availability of rides. You book it and next minute they are at your door.

The location was great, and there's an infinity pool upstairs. The room was a bit small, but the facilities were quite new and the check-in conditions were good. It's very close to 7-11, and there's a small bar downstairs where you can grab a few drinks.
