Fourium Pattaya Hotel & Serviced Residence

The hotel is new and clean, with plenty of greenery around. The pool might seem small at first, but there's actually enough space and it's never too crowded. The breakfast menu changes a bit each day, so it doesn't get repetitive. They replenish the tea, coffee, sugar, and cream daily, but the toiletries aren't refreshed every day. The internet is excellent, and the location is convenient with shops and currency exchange offices nearby.

Wonderful, quiet hotel. Everything was great; the reception staff were always friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The rooms were cleaned excellently by the cleaning staff. Breakfasts were good. The pool was warm. We'd gladly come back again.

The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet, plus it was convenient to get to the nearby 7-Eleven. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and the selection was decent. The only downside was a slight water leak from the bathroom into the room.

We traveled as a family and booked 6 rooms. The hotel is new, rooms are clean, with robes, slippers, towels, a safe, and beach towel rentals available. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff was friendly. On the downside, the pool is small, and they constantly forgot to leave tea, even when we asked. The gym is only 5 square meters (just for show, or to say they have one). Also, the staff tried to scam us with the deposit refund. The deposit for each room was 1000 Baht, so they owed us 6000. But they only gave us 5000 and then put on a show, trying to sweet-talk us, hoping we wouldn't recount. We stay in different hotels every year, but we might actually come back to this one.

Spacious and modern room with full amenities, close to convenience stores, with a pool. The room was comfortable.

Clean, convenient, and safe. The room was very spacious with great amenities. Excellent service and polite staff. The food was delicious, and there were many beautiful spots for photos.

We absolutely loved the hotel; everything was so clean, cozy, and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were always incredibly kind and polite to us. The housekeepers were also lovely and always helped us out when we forgot our room key. The chefs and their assistants always cooked delicious food. A huge thank you to all the staff at this wonderful place; you made our stay so much better. We miss you! ❤️🙏🏻

This is a great hotel in a convenient area. I enjoyed everything except the breakfast. While everything was fresh, the breakfast was very sparse. There was nothing for my child to eat; they only had vegetables. For adults, the lack of hot milk was a big issue. If you like hot coffee with milk in the morning, forget about it. You'll have to drink it cold. The pool is spotless but has limited operating hours. I would have liked to relax in the cool water longer in the evening. There's also a problem with parking. One day the lot is empty, and the next there's nowhere to park. It's unclear what to do about it, especially since there's an attendant who keeps jumping out with a flashlight, making it difficult to park properly and insisting on adherence to markings even where more cars could fit. The accessible parking is far from the entrance, and there's no ramp at all. There's no complimentary water in the room; they deduct it from your deposit.
