Nice hotel at a great location. Walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants within 5-15min.

The lobby is quite nice, the pool is okay. It is very small, smaller than expected. The hotel room left much to be desired. The floor was dirty, with trash scattered about, and the walls were damaged. The elevator appeared very old, with a noticeable gap between it and the wall revealing the inner workings, which was pretty unsettling. Once I entered my room, I felt very uncomfortable and it had an overall shady appearance. We decided not to stay in the room; even though we booked five nights, we left right after checking in! They did not offer any refunds for the remaining nights, which was not surprising. I definitely will not be returning to this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it for families or solo travelers, especially women.

Not easy access to main road (shops) left side and to beach right side. Need to around 5 mins. There's a 7 Eleven at Holiday Inn (just opposite). Room was upgraded and could have ocean view. Breakfast was a let down, food was cold and I told the restaurant personnel. Water pressure was low and shower wasn't enjoyable.

The receptionist's service is not good.

Overall it was an Awesome stay. Pros 1. Location was clam, As it is away from the bars and clubs. 2. Kids will love the amenities (if you’re with your family) 3. Pretty decent breakfast. Mostly Thai and continental 4. Worth stay for the tariff 2600thb/night 5. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy Cons 1. Service was average. Staffs were busy all day. 2. Bit away from main beach (200 Meters away) 3. Not suitable for solo travellers who likes to party

Everything about the hotel is great for it's price point, the only issue is the state of the rooms. The rooms need refurbishment.

We stayed here because pets are allowed now. We loved that it was located near the beach and also terminal 21.

The hotel is good location and have 7-11 nearby, small swimming pool.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms are a bit small. We could barely fit all our stuff inside. The pool area was nice, but mainly for bigger kids. The location was not bad since it's walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and the beach, and there's a good 711 convenience store just outside the lobby. The price was good for this kind of hotel, and it was clean.

Room is on the smaller side but basic and the location is decent. Walking distance to the beach and most waterfront restaurants and shops. The best part of the stay was the reception personnel on the last day. The taxi we booked to the airport never showed up, she very quickly and efficiently arranged for an alternate transport for us and even waited outside with us until we were on our way. Thank you

Convenient location and good breakfast. Check in and check out procedures were simple and fast.

Great location ! The hotel is very close to the beach and also to shops (there is one right outside of the entrance), cafes, food places and a shopping mall. There are two swimming pools which are both very nice, one is especially for children. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. The view from our room was really nice.

Will be going again , great location , nice room and view , nice indoor parking !
