Arrived in Bangkok and headed straight to Pattaya. The hotel's location is fantastic – right next to Terminal 21. Step out to the right and you'll find Tiffany's Show, Rainbow Road, and Pattaya Beach. To the left are Chinatown, Big C, and numerous coffee shops and pizzerias. It's an even better place to explore once night falls. A Grab taxi gets you to Pattaya Pier in just 10 minutes. The hotel staff, including the front desk, bellhops, and housekeeping, are all incredibly friendly and polite. Superb! 👍🏻

Definitely a perfect score! I swear, this will be my only choice in Pattaya from now on! It's my favorite hotel from my entire Thailand trip. First off, the service experience is top-notch, especially for families. The minibar is free and replenished daily, with an endless supply of water. My kids were in the hotel pool and kids' activity room almost every day, and breakfast was great too! The whole experience was just perfect, the location is perfect, nothing more to say, I just loved it so much. It's the strongest craving I have now that I'm back home. And the night market downstairs is an absolute blast!

Comfortable! Great value for money, very clean. It's located right below Terminal 21 Pattaya, offering seamless access, so no worries about rain. There's a free parking lot, which is super convenient if you're driving. The swimming pool is huge and has facilities for kids, who had a blast. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

Grand Central Point Pattaya is a fantastic hotel with a convenient location right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall. The hotel even has a water park for kids, which my children absolutely loved! I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back.

My overall stay far exceeded my expectations. The lobby was clean and grand as soon as I walked in. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in the corners, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with plenty of hot water. The staff were warm and attentive, and very responsive to requests. The location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a very peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. I highly recommend staying here.

The private balcony was the most amazing feature; sitting there in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunset, really set the perfect mood. Public Facilities & Resort Ambiance: The hotel's infinity pool is the absolute highlight! The view seamlessly blends with the ocean, making it incredibly picturesque. The sun loungers and bar next to the pool are also perfect for an afternoon drink and relaxation. Dining & Service Quality: The breakfast offered a rich selection, from freshly cooked Thai noodle stations and egg dishes to Western pastries. The staff were friendly and highly efficient; the welcome drink and luggage assistance made us feel truly cared for. Location & Transportation: The location is quiet yet central, within walking distance to [convenience stores/shopping malls/beaches]. Getting to the night market or bustling areas by Songthaew (shared taxi) was also very convenient. Overall Review: Whether you're looking to just relax and enjoy the sun and pool, or planning to go out and shop, this hotel offers an excellent balance of quality, service, and value for money. It will definitely be my top choice again on my next visit to Pattaya!

We had a fantastic 6-day, 5-night family trip to Pattaya, and we were very happy with this hotel. The hygiene and service were both excellent. The kids absolutely loved the hotel pool. Just a heads-up: durians are not allowed in the hotel. I wasn't aware of this as there was no notice in the room, and my durian was confiscated. It's probably best to confirm with the hotel beforehand to avoid any issues.

Great location, directly connected to Terminal 21 from the lobby. The breakfast was good, and the room with a sofa bed could sleep three, which is great for families with older children. Downsides: the room is small, the pool has limited facilities, and the 'sea view' room offered almost no view of the sea (as pictured).

Booked this trip with family and stayed in a two-bedroom connecting room for two nights. The breakfast was excellent, and you could choose between the top floor and downstairs. I highly recommend the downstairs option, as their Thai milk tea is absolutely delicious. The facilities are very comprehensive, catering well to both the elderly and children. There's even a bubble party on weekends. Plus, there's a night market and mall downstairs, so you don't even need to leave the premises!

The hotel's biggest highlight is definitely the kids' splash pool, and the direct access to the mall is super convenient! They have a seafood buffet on Saturday nights, which is incredible value for money. They offer fresh oysters and salmon for just over 700 baht, and kids are half price. The downsides are quite obvious: the rooms are still too old. I'd hoped a city center hotel would be a bit newer... Also, the air conditioning was acting up; no matter how low we set it, the room just wouldn't cool down. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel pool is not (available/working - assuming '不' implies a negative state about the pool, needs more context for exact meaning), but T21 shopping mall is right downstairs. The breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. It takes about a 5 to 10-minute walk to get to a massage place or a convenience store. Inside T21 mall, there's a 24-hour convenience store.

The hotel is great, I liked everything. It's far from the beach, we had to take a tuk-tuk there for 150-200 baht. The only thing I didn't like was the people constantly smoking on their balconies, even though it's forbidden! We couldn't open our balcony or sit out there; it always reeked of smoke, and the smoke would drift into our room!!!!
