The Hotel is good to stay .Location is outstanding, Calm and quiet , no sound from outside. . Overall very good , just need to add little amenities like tooth brash , Paste . Overall 90% ok .

Brilliant stay at Sandy Spring Hotel! Large and spacious room with brand new bathroom. Amazing sea view and balcony to end the day looking at the ocean. The hotel is in a great central location but very quiet street and two minute walk to the beach. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pattaya and would love to stay again!

Very good value, large room good size balcony, didn’t have breakfast, was not sure after reading reviews about the hotel but I will definitely go back .

Despite our late arrival, we were greeted with smiles, which left a very positive impression. You can swim in the pool during the day to escape the heat, and drinks are sold in the refrigerator at the pool entrance. The pool is open from 7:00 to 19:00. The ABFS breakfast is 175 baht per person. The hotel itself is a little old, but it's very clean, so we were very satisfied. However, the amenities are limited to shampoo, body wash, soap, and, for some reason, a shower cap. Water is provided in 500ml x 2 bottles per room per night. If your room has a balcony, you can smoke on the balcony. However, the shower water pressure is weak, and while you can drain it faster by manually opening the lid, it drains very slowly otherwise.

I loved it! It was clean, had a great view, was conveniently located, and had a swimming pool.

The service was good and the staff were friendly, but the facilities were too old and the location was excellent.

The hotel is neither good nor bad. There are two breakfast bars a few meters away, but they're identical and there's not much choice.

Four of us stayed in two rooms. The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The value for money, location, and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.
