A little bit older the building.. no elevator..

The price-quality ratio is excellent. The location is perfect for me. There's a large swimming pool. There's a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, a large refrigerator, and good hot water pressure. In addition to the air conditioning, there's a fan. The air conditioning is modern. All appliances and outlets work. I liked that the apartment has access to a terrace/yard, where you can sit in the evening. The towels they gave me after changing were old and had holes in them, but that's okay, not a big deal. The downside is the very poor Wi-Fi signal. If you need the internet for work, it's not an option at all. But for a few days' stay, it's fine. We didn't see any insects or other critters. It's quite quiet!

We liked everything except one minus - there was a smell of paint. The rest is great - great location, we walked to all the sights of Pratamnak, walked to the Bali Hai pier. Huge rooms and a living room, a balcony with sun loungers, a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, all the dishes. A nice friendly girl at check-in. Large clean pool. We lived on the 4th floor, climbing is quite difficult for those who have health problems.

We stayed for three days and two nights. When we checked in, we found that there was only a little bit of toilet paper left in the toilet and we couldn't find anyone to deal with it. We were staying in the second building. I even ran to the first building and yelled for the service staff, and the service staff brought me the toilet paper. Bring your own toilet paper back to the room, you will feel like an orphan when you stay here, no one will help you, cheap, but everything is old

A shaky room, instead of 30 m2, they gave 15 m2, and when asking to change they were told that everything else was occupied, the pool was dirty, they had never swam, they disdained it. The location is on a hill, after the beach it’s a little hard to climb. Before leaving, I looked at a larger room, it was huge but all the old furniture, the sofas were stained. There are some small caterpillars crawling on the walls. I don’t recommend the apartment. Stayed 3 nights

Устарелые апартаменты , сделали косметический ремонт , посвежело , понравилось есть своя кухня , не готовил но кофе попить отлично есть так же гостиная , столик диванчик еще один телевизор с ютуб , про бассейн реально просто огромный , за бассейн реально 5+ чистый . Расположение отличное рядом 7 элевн, так же рядом русская улица , до моря 15 минут , в принципе нормально . Для семейных самое то )😊

Номера большие но совсем старые. Сервис очень плохой. Цена очень завышена за такой сервис и состояние номеров.Из принадлежностей в ванной комнате только один маленький кусочек мыла на двоих и вмё!!!Выдают рваные полотенца и говорят потом, что немогли такого сделатьж. Хорошо,что не высчитали за полотенца. Бассейн хороший, видно что ухаживают.Не советую. Есть дешевле и лучше отели!!!

Всем привет, если читаете этот отзыв, значит вы ищите в этой ценовой категории. Бронировали номер с двумя спальнями и гостиной для двух пар последние 9 ночей октября. На мой взгляд отличное местоположение, 15 минут до моря (вариант для любителй прогуляться). 20 минут до видовых локации на Патайию и ночного рынка с русской кухней. В номере у каждой спальни свой санузел. Гостиная совмещена с кухней все электроприборы работали, в том числе плита. Уборка и замена белья были каждые 2 дня. Администраторы приветливые, всегда готовы помочь. Спокойно договорились чтобы продлить на сутки номер. Понравился бассейн, есть лежаки. Есть детская зона бассейна. В большинстве случаев после пляжа еще купались в бассейне, как правило были одни. Стоит обратить внимание, что есть Argyle1, расположена напротив 7eleven, и Argyle2, расположена напротив Lotus.В Lotus выбор продуктов больше. Между А1 и А2 около 200 метров.

Все шикарно, но есть один минус, плохая звукоизоляция, местные приходят в 6 утра и начинают болтать и такое ощущение, что прямо за дверью стоят и болтают. Бассейн зачетный.
