This hotel was a huge disappointment for my parents and me in Pattaya! I really can't recommend it to Chinese tourists; there are just too many complaints to list. 🤮 The location is incredibly far from the beach, making getting around super inconvenient. The entire hotel was packed with Indian guests, which totally ruined the vacation vibe – I honestly felt like I'd landed in the capital of India! And let's talk about the Nipah virus. While the risk of transmission from casual contact is low, being in an environment exclusively filled with Indian guests seriously doubled the infection risk, making me anxious the whole stay! The facilities were ridiculously bad too: no disposable slippers, no comb, and even basic toiletries were missing. The bathroom door was as thin as paper; you had to close it super gently, fearing it would shatter if you used any force. Plus, there was a loose tile at the hotel entrance that I almost tripped over – so dangerous! Breakfast was another major disaster zone. To cater to Indian tastes, everything was curry-based, which I absolutely couldn't eat. My Chinese palate just couldn't handle it! The entire experience was terrible. I genuinely advise all my Chinese friends coming to Pattaya to avoid this place; don't put yourself through this suffering! For nearly 600 RMB, it's definitely not cheap.

We liked the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the furniture and appliances were of very good quality. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. There's a 7-11 bike rental shop two minutes away, which was very convenient. The breakfasts were good, with a wide variety, and a very good coffee machine. The only downside, which isn't visible in the photos, is the very small and practically useless balcony, but this didn't affect our overall impression of the hotel.

It's very clean and the breakfast is delicious. I thought it would be quiet because it's away from the city, but on Sunday nights there's bass music that goes on until 12, so you'll need earplugs. Other than that it was great.

Clean, good service, large swimming pool, very large room, more than the price, worth it. Will definitely stay again if I have a chance.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The staffs are good. But it is in an alley. Suitable for people with cars. There are many tour groups. But it seems that the hotel is well separated. It is not chaotic.

I like everything and recommend it to my friends. It's very good.

The location is a little hard to find, but I used the shuttle to get there. The hotel is quiet and relaxing, the rooms are luxurious and I think it's a true 5-star hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection including dessert. There were apparently no Chinese groups visiting at this time of year, so there were few guests and I was able to enjoy my stay.

I have stayed in this hotel several times when I came to Pattaya. The staff are still the same people I knew before. They are very good. Thank you very much.

The room is very big, clean, and has all the amenities. The price is not expensive.
