The service is good and friendly staff. The location is great just 4-5 minutes to the beach and to the department store

The room is very clean, quiet. No other facilities we can use, eg. no fitness room and no swimming pool is available. Finally, the bath area is too small.

The location is fantastic, very close to Terminal 21, making shopping, currency exchange, and entertainment incredibly convenient. The room is well-equipped with amenities like a refrigerator, wardrobe, a secure safe, and a sofa. However, the hotel doesn't provide slippers or a toothbrush and toothpaste. The overall cleanliness is pretty good, though there were a few minor areas that could be improved.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 9 years when visiting Pattaya, and there is a reason I keep returning — it offers excellent value for money and a very convenient location, about a 5-minute walk to Marina Night Market, Terminal 21, and the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. On this stay, the cleaner even took the initiative to bring my washing in from the balcony just before it rained, which I really appreciated. I stayed for 26 nights. Almost every night was quiet and comfortable, except for one disturbance around 4am from a nearby room. Security dealt with it promptly and there were no further issues, so credit to the hotel for handling it well. The only area that could be improved is communication. I ran out of shower gel and the cleaner later returned to top it up, but I misunderstood the reason for the second visit and declined entry. Reception later explained this, but by then the cleaners had finished for the day. The cleaner did come back and fix it but a quick call from reception explaining the situation would have avoided the misunderstanding. A similar communication issue happened during a previous stay, so it may be something the hotel could review. The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was noisy, which affected my sleep.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great location, and very friendly staff. Everything was easy and relaxing, and the value for money is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.
