Pattaya Park Beach hotel is great! The room is big. Very friendly staff and the bellboy is so helpful!

The room is spacious, clean, good atmosphere, the kids love it, there is also a water park not far from here, sea view.

The room is nice and spacious. The service attitude is very good. When we arrived at the front desk, we were given a free room upgrade. The disadvantage is that the check-out time is very strict. If you check out after 12:30, you will be fined half the room rate. There are many advantages. The children's water park is 200 beads extra, but it is worth it. The children can play all day. Booking one night is too little. I will stay a few more days next time.

We have known this hotel for a long time and did not expect much. But usually requests were taken into account when checking in. This time we were checked in later than 14:00 and on the wrong side as requested. Unfriendly reception staff, no service at all, we carried our things to the room ourselves, and the porter expected a tip for showing us the room. The hotel opened in 1985 and has long been in need of major repairs. Superior rooms are usually in normal condition, but not this time. The bathroom is moldy, there are traces of cigarette butts in the acrylic bathtub. The air conditioner did not work, condensation (water) on the floor. The sockets are very loose, the furniture creaks and peels, the pillow smelled like dirty socks and the bed linen was damp. We called a technician because of the air conditioner - he pulled out one part, from which half a bucket of water poured out and put it back, but the temperature could not be set above 24 degrees, otherwise the water would flow again. There is also black mold inside the air conditioner. Breakfasts have become more meager, as tasteless as before. But before, the food was partially changed every other day, now it is not. The only thing that remained as before is the excellent panoramic view from the balcony.

Coming with family is good, the pool is wide and there are many equipments.

Great view from the room, wide balcony, close to the sea, close to tuk-tuks, easy to get to the center, lots of cafes with any food to choose from. Keep in mind that the hotel has 2 buildings. We didn't live in the one with the tower. So we had to get lost a bit. In the end, an electric car took us where we needed to go. Good breakfasts. They give out beach towels at the reception, but they are all in salaries and "seen a lot". There is renovation going on in the area, tractor noise in the mornings, but it's critical.

What I liked about the hotel: 1). A room with a sea view. Now that's the only reason I want to go back there 2). Large rooms 3). Good breakfasts (watermelon, pineapple, vegetables, meat, stewed vegetables, pasta, coffee, cream, water). The meat and granola were changed daily 4). There is a safe 5). Beautiful grounds. Squirrels run around 6). There is a Russian market nearby. There is a large amount of fish and shrimp at low prices (from 80 to 200 baht). There is a shop nearby where they sell smoothies for 20 baht. Now we have moved to the north of Pattaya. Everything is more expensive here. That's why I am writing based on comparisons 7). I have read a lot about the fact that the sea in the north of Pattaya is cleaner than near Pattaya Park. Nothing of the sort. The sea is the same. We went to Koh Lan and to the military beach. The sea is more beautiful there. What confused us: 1). There are only Russians in the hotel. And many swear and drink. A drunk compatriot of ours accosted me in the elevator. Of course, the hotel can't influence this. But I was a little shocked by this. 2). The building with the tower looks like a sanatorium from the 90s. It needs renovation. 3). The floors are poorly washed. When we first entered the room, there was hair on the floor. When we left the room and came back after cleaning, there was also hair on the floor. Overall, I recommend the hotel for the stunning sunsets).

The location is not bad. There is a market and a food court nearby, they finally started cleaning the area, planted palm trees, cleared the land, otherwise it was just unkempt. But the beach towels are a real disaster, I have been writing about this problem for so many years, nothing has changed. The towels are sometimes torn, sometimes with patches, washed terribly, it seems like they were once white and terry, but we will never know about this! Yes, I want to clarify about the standard rooms, if they put you in a building with a tower, they will be a little smaller than the others, but still with a side view of the sea, if in a small building - a view of the entrance to the building. But we had a sea view, and it is beautiful!

Everything is great in this hotel. We have been staying for many years when visiting Pattaya Park. The same old breakfasts are sad, there has not been a single change for the better in many years. The amount of greenery on the territory has greatly decreased. Great savings are visible in everything - this is depressing. On the last day, they took away our ceramic mugs and gave us paper ones! Of course, my son immediately got burned because the handle came off while using it. Manager, this "trifle" can cost you hundreds of regular customers!

A good hotel, but the residents are 85% Russian, who move furniture at night, discuss business on the balconies and talk about life in the corridors, changing rooms does not help, in general everything is ok in the hotel, except for the early start of cleaning and an extremely long check-in if you come in a group

The hotel is not new, it resembles a Soviet-era sanatorium. Guests are mostly from the Russian Federation. In general, it is clean, linen and towels are white. Breakfast is simple, but you will not go hungry. The rooms with a sea view have a great air. There is a night market nearby with food for every taste and reasonable prices.

A hotel with a good location. We lived in the main building on the 20th floor, with a partial view of the sea, there were no mosquitoes. Cleaning is daily. For two guests, they added two 0.5 liter bottles of water, one shampoo and gel. The food is normal, sometimes spicy. You will not go hungry. The rooms are simply renovated, but the furniture is tired. The plumbing is old. In general, a good hotel, but not worth the money. Per day 1600 baht for a standard, 1800 superior. Wi-Fi is excellent on site. Walk to the beach bypassing the pool and water park, 7 minutes. Outside the territory there is a night market and exchange offices, everything is nearby.

This was the third hotel at the end of our holiday, after the north and Koh Lan Island, so there is something to compare with. Whenever we lived in the south of Pattaya, we passed by this hotel and I always wanted to visit there and now it has come true. We brought a family of 6 people here, as they say, three generations: children, us and parents. We all liked the stay! The hotel is large, two clean swimming pools, one on the smaller floor, the second on the hotel grounds is larger. But even due to the large number of vacationers, everyone had enough space both in the pool and on the sun loungers! True, the pools were open only until 18.00. We also really liked the breakfasts with their variety! The rooms were clean, cozy, with a view of the sea and the territory. Every day the room was cleaned, water and soap accessories were provided. The staff is responsive and friendly. In general, I did not find any minuses, so the rating is 5! We had dinner at the Russian market Pratamnak. In three days we went to the beach only once, unfortunately after the north of Wangamat Beach and after the island, Jomtien Beach was not for us. But for walks, gift shopping and access to delicious food, this is the place to be!
