We were on vacation from 01/15/24-01/23/24, our things were stolen. We are a married couple. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in room 211, the windows of which overlook the neighboring building, where there are air conditioning units in countless numbers, there are more than 20 of them, can you imagine the noise?! We asked to change the room, they said, come back tomorrow, everything is busy... The question immediately arose, why the hell are you selling such rooms “with a view of the city” but in fact just on the end wall of the neighboring building?! In general, we went to the reception 2 times, asking to change the room, we saw empty rooms, they told us no, everything was occupied. This has already darkened the rest in this hotel, because it is simply impossible to sleep under such noise! On 01/20/24 we went for a walk in the evening; at 18:30 we were already out. We returned at 10:30 pm to find that our things were missing! 😭 specifically: an iPhone, a Nintendo Switch, a wallet with my driver’s license and Russian rubles, 2 pairs of air pods pro, perfume, a winter hat, charging wires, and much more, for a total cost of 150-200 thousand rubles. We immediately contacted the reception desk, they said, come back tomorrow, the police won’t take care of it today. We believed a man with a specific appearance, since he is a representative of the hotel, and we are in another country. The next day, they called security, as many as 2 crews to be on duty, before that there was none, we came to the reception, the new shift was not aware at all that there had been a theft at their hotel, they started asking questions, and after all this , managed to ask us the question “Are you sure you haven’t forgotten these things anywhere?!” I had the audacity to ask such a question... We already realized that the hotel would not help us, and we went to the police station and left a statement against this moral monster. Naturally, time had already been lost. Every evening the headphones displayed the geolocation. After we 23.01. We checked out of this damn hotel, the hotel staff did not apologize for the incident, absolutely nothing! It was as if it was meant to be. On the same day, in the evening, we had a flight to Russia. When we arrived home, we discovered that our devices began to be used much more often, regularly! Especially headphones. That is, we conclude that the one who brazenly stole our things knew when we left, when we would come, knew when we were leaving the hotel, has something to do with this hotel!!! The good news is that we see all the geolocations of our devices, and he can’t do anything about it. Very vile, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Disgrace!
