It's a bit far from the main centre. The hotel room looks new but the lobby and walkway looks old. No aircon at lobby

I was given directions to the bus stop on my way out, but I got them wrong! Other than that, it's a decent hotel. It's probably worth the price.

Nice hotel in Naklua. Deluxe rooms with pool views have a bathtub and a double bed. The rooms were very clean. Unfortunately, the carpet in the stairwell was old. My room had an adjoining door to the next room. Clean pool in a small garden.

I wasn't particularly impressed with this hotel. The pool closes at 6 PM, and there are no kettles in the rooms. The plumbing in the rooms leaves much to be desired. We had a room on the ground floor overlooking a farmyard. There was a table and chairs, but no clothes dryer, not even a place to hang a swimsuit.

One advantage is hotel located in good location but the rest should be improved big time!!! Starts out from shortage of staff, old rugs with stains, low quality pillows, water fawcet and shower, towels!!! I was expected better but failed. Mistake from those advertising photos indeed.

I can only advise all guests to avoid rooms 201 to 229. The balcony is almost completely blocked off, offering no view. We switched to the other side, to rooms with even numbers. The downside is that you can hear cars all night. Lots of older German tourists.

Titel: Een absolute aanrader voor rustzoekers: Geweldig verblijf gehad! "Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in het Windmill Resort Hotel en hebben voor volgend jaar zelfs alweer voor twee maanden geboekt! Wat direct opvalt is het super lieve en behulpzame personeel; je voelt je hier echt welkom. De kamer was keurig netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco werkt perfect en is heerlijk stil, wat erg fijn is voor de nachtrust. Ook de faciliteiten in de kamer zijn top: een grotere koelkast (ideaal voor een langer verblijf) en een moderne tv met niet alleen BVN, maar ook YouTube en Netflix. Het slapen was een genot. Het bed is prima met een goed matras en heerlijk fijn beddengoed. Grote plus: het bed wordt twee keer per week volledig verschoond en de kamer wordt elke dag grondig schoongemaakt. De locatie is perfect. Je zit overal dichtbij: talloze restaurantjes, winkels en het grote winkelcentrum Terminal 21 liggen op loopafstand. Wat voor ons de doorslag gaf, was de sfeer in het hotel. De bezetting bestaat veelal uit Duitse mensen op leeftijd, wat zorgde voor een heerlijke, rustige ambiance. Geen spelende kinderen of luidruchtige groepen, maar gewoon pure ontspanning.
