The hotel has a great location near Central Pattaya — I really enjoyed the shopping there.
However, I would like to mention that the air conditioner in my room took quite a while to cool the room. It could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The tissue paper used up not replace in the next day. The WiFi not in good quality and expired before your check out time.

The hotel was great!
The Aircon leaves abit to be desired but definitely is better than nothing. One of our rooms had a faulty Aircon unit which turned out to be a compress fault, but they moved us into a different room with working Aircon.
Great location to one of the main shopping centres and right next door to Soi 8.
Would highly recommend!

It’s not guest friendly hotel,they will charge you for guest 500bhat even for friend visit to few minutes also you need to pay 500bhat,Internet(Wi-Fi) is worse,Breakfast is below average,not recommend for Indians.
But location is very near to beach,staff is friendly.

Overall it was a mixed experience. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to eateries, bars, and spas, making it easy to explore the vibrant atmosphere of Pattaya. If location is your priority, this hotel has you covered.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. Their positive attitude definitely added to the stay.
The room itself was decent but had some issues. On the positive side, it was in a great spot within the hotel, offering easy access to nearby attractions. However, I did encounter a cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. It’s something the hotel management should address to ensure a better experience for future guests. Additionally, while the TV and phone in the room were not working, this wasn’t a major concern for me as I didn’t need them much. Still, for those who rely on these amenities, it could be a letdown.
The breakfast was just okay — not bad, but also not memorable. There’s room for improvement, especially if they want to offer guests a more satisfying start to their day.

The hotel is very near to the beach. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only to go to the room in the complex B is a bit difficult the first time because this hotel have two buildings. The pool is very nice and quiet. Besides the hotel is a 7/11 and a small food curt.
The interior design is a bit old but clean.
I would come a second time again.
