I have been coming to Sabai Inn since 2011 and am still enjoying the great service and large comfy rooms. I will continue to stay here in the future.

Good hotel and recommend to stay . Staff are excellent. Variety of food at the restaurant which serves at sabana building and the restaurant staff are good too . Location is nearby BiG C and terminal 21 and the beach not far too .

Good place at a very nice location! You go left ~ 2 min walk to beach and good restaurants nearby. Not close to noisy walking street but more highend choices. You go right…a great lively food market on the weekend and great bars. Only issue was the AC was too big and not adjustable. Hope the hotel can look for a more modern solution as well as tv with options. But nice staff!! 🌸

Overall ok. Downside is pool is across a small road sharing with another hotel under same management. Location good. Walking distance to beach, shopping mall, etc.

good, clean, nice hotel. Opposite they have a network and you can swim in the outdoor pool and play billiards for free. Located between beach road and second road. Nearby is the Terminal 21 shopping center, there is cheap food and a huge selection in the food court in the fall. Of the minuses: the air conditioner is right in front of the bed... when it’s on it’s cold to sleep in front of it, and if you turn it off it’s stuffy; Through the window there is excellent audibility of passing motorbikes....it’s good that there are not very many of them moving along it.

Excellent location me and my daughter just love it, definitely coming back here again. Plus booking through Trip was excellent cheaper than other applications.

Since Sabai Lodge has stopped offering is services, i tried its new hotel, Sabai Inn, just opposite the road. The staff is as friendly as Sabai Lodge. Room is spacious. Better TV now. Enjoy the clean and newly renovated rooms. The hotel is located at the quiet end of Pattaya Beach. The noisy and busy end is the Walking Street. I like quiet and peaceful places. So Sabai Inn is perfect for me.

stayed one night. superior room is good enough. Drawbacks. there is no teapot in room. Floor is not clean enough, it would be nice if hotel provide cheap slippers for guests. Noise from aircon outside block. Good news - hotel is guest friendly.

The room is very clean, the service of the doorman is very good, there is a white brother who is very good and sincere in service, the location of the hotel is first-class, the beach and Chinatown are just outside, and the price-performance ratio is relatively high

The hotel is located in Soi 2 in North Pattaya. Soi 2 is east-west, with Beach Boulevard at its west end and Pattaya 2nd Road at its east end. It is close to the east end. Crossing the road from the east end alley is BIG C shopping mall and Chinatown. A further 10 minutes walk north is Terminal 21 shopping mall. The location is very good. The rooms are decorated in Thai style, mainly Thai teak. The rooms are clean and tidy, soundproof, and hot. The sheets and quilt covers are changed every day. The front desk staff is enthusiastic. The window of Room 212 where I live does not face the street, but faces the courtyard. The air conditioner is a bit loud at night, but just close the bathroom window. The air outlet of the air conditioner faces the bedside. If you are afraid of the wind, just cover the air conditioner with a sheet. For swimming, you have to go to the sabai sabana hotel of the same group across the alley (now marked on the map as Sabah Wing Pattaya Hotel): 2 minutes walk, very close, and the hotel price is moderate: recommended,
