Reviews of Aiyara Grand Hotel

Hygiene: The hygiene was very poor. The bedsheets were of terrible quality, and the duvet smelled strongly of curry. Environment: The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. This hotel seems to cater specifically to large Indian tour groups. Renovation work started downstairs around 8 AM on the second day, making it impossible to rest. I'd advise caution before booking here! Service: The front desk service was awful! Facilities: The facilities are very old and outdated. The pool wasn't lit at night, which didn't match the pictures. This was the hotel I was most dissatisfied with during my trip. Avoid at all costs!

The hotel is in a great location. However the phone in the room didn't work. The bathroom had a nasty smell.

I did the early check-in by paying a fee. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The deluxe room was clean, very nice and big, the shower was nice and clean, and the balcony had a good view. I stayed on the 6th floor.The location was great and close to the centre. There were many local places to eat nearby at a walking distance of around 500 metres. There was a seven-eleven shop nearby. The Pattaya park was at a walking distance and offered a wide variety of food and shopping. The swimming pool on the top floor was nice and offered some stunning views. I could see the big buddha temple from the swimming pool.Behind the hotel at a walking distance there were a lot of currency exchange shops and I could walk to Jomtien beach.I stayed there for 10 days and would like to go back again.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The front desk staff were incredibly rude. Also, there were a lot of [explicit word removed - likely referring to insects/pests]. The downstairs area was under renovation, which made it very noisy. The room's decor also had a strong Indian style.

Nice one. In a peaceful environment. Near the beach. Good pool.

We get direct access to pool 24/7 . Best part is they very cooperative and manager Peter is best to coordinate .

Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Seems to be an Indian only hotel, gangs of men stood around making girls feel uncomfortable. Noisy in the corridors and cleaning staff decided to just walk in unannounced while me and my girlfriend was still in bed. It says 5* I wouldn't even give this a 3* avoid if was you. Never again!!

We stayed here for a few nights early January 2026. Our arrival was very welcoming. We were advised that we had to leave 1000 baht deposit for the room which would be refunded so long as we left it as we found it. It’s a really large hotel with I think five buildings we were in building three on the fifth floor. Our room was quite spacious approximately 45 m². The bed was enormous super comfortable with clean white cotton sheets. The pillows were very comfortable, soft but firm. There was a sitting area with a sofa flatscreen TV and coffee table. We also had a little balcony where we could enjoy the sunshine. The room also offered tea and coffee making facilities with a kettle. It had a safety deposit box, ample hanging room for clothes and storage as well as a storage rack. The bathroom was again large with soft white towels a very good shower which was not only hot but had excellent pressure. The breakfast which was included in our price, was a self-service buffet . It offered omelettes to order a selection of eggs, cereal toast. As well as a selection of hot options both western and Thai. There were also a number of salad items as an option. You can make your own toast as well as tea and coffee there is also juice and fresh fruit to help yourself from. In building number three, there is a rooftop infinity pool, the water was clear and clean a very refreshing welcome after a day exploring Pattaya. We felt the price point was good and that we had value for money. We returned to Pattaya so we rebooked this hotel. 👍🇹🇭

Stayed here for a few nights. Nice place. The room was great and very clean. The staff was great and even showed me the room when delivering bags.

Most of the clientele were a bit poorly behaved, but other than that, it was a simple place with good service.

Large rooms were spotless and clean, we got an upgrade on arrival to a deluxe room which comes with a bath, they have 3 rooftop pools to relax around! This is the best hotal in pratumnak and i am a returning customer who has stayed many times betore - the management and staff are all amazing

Great customer service made a wrong booking and they were more than helpfull to get my money back awsome job couldnt get a better app 10 out of 10..
