Nice clean friendly Hotel on Second Road and also near the Beach.One thing is missing a direct entrance.You must walk and carry your heavy luggage up some steep stairs and through a Pizzeria Restaurant.Also shower water not hot !

This hotel should not still be opening unless some major service and maintenance are done. Service is not up to the standard nor satisfactory. If you are late night sleeper like after 2am, this is for you cos the bar next door plays band or music til 2am. Nice location, lots of food stalls, 5mins walk to the beach, 15mins walk to walking street but the hotel itself really needs lots of modifications in terms of service, the building plumbing system requires real attention cos you can literally smell sewage water when you come inside the lobby and when you are in your room. We stayed at 2nd floor, the bathroom is spacious and looks new but the sewage smell really makes you go vomit without having to use toilet, imagine the smell after used. As you can see in the picture, all those additional charges warning sign plus you have to pay 100bhat if you accidentally left your key card in your room and other ridiculous rules around hotel guests are really unpleasant and doesn't feel like you are being welcomed from that hotel and feel threatened cos you constantly worry what you might get charged for. Obviously this is common knowledge that when you damage the property, you are liable. But no Other Hotels ever sound like that greedy and they even tried to charge me for my infant when they said infant stays free and when I have mentioned an infant in the guest list. Hotel Breakfast is NOT BUFFET people, just 1 glass of orange juice not even coffee unless you pay extra 60bhat with a plate of 1 egg, sausage, 1ham, 1bacon, piece of bread not even two to make a sandwich. Thats how bad the breakfast service is. Shocking! Hotel's down stair is restaurant where they sell pizzas and stuffs and serve breakfast. You can't even borrow some plates to eat foods in your room unless you buy food from them, unbelievable. You should be able to borrow utensils if the hotel provides breakfast that's common sense. Very little amenities provided. I used one of the hand tower to wipe water melon juices on the floor, next morning when cleaner came in, they asked me 90bhat for it to be cleaned unless i cleaned it myself. FFS!!! Before I came to Pattaya, recently had a nose bleeding incident at the hotel we stayed at in Chiang Mai, they won't even blink, immediately changed the pillow no charge at all. Now thats the Service. I have never stayed at the hotel this greedy and unpleasant in my life. Honestly, I wished those nights stay at this Grand Lodge Hotel were over as soon as possible. I Do Not Recommend any of you, believe me you won't have pleasant of staying at welcoming hotel.

Better to get Deluxe room if u want space with family. Superior room is good for solo travelers or guys. No wardrobe area for girls. Overall good stay. Better if they give extra access key for families or friends visiting.

Good location, clean, comfortable bed but too many penalties a bit more and I had to pay for the air I breathed inside the hotel... complicate to deal with the reception.

Ideally located close to the markets and beach.Convenient place to b.Bit concerned about door lock keep malfunctioning often .Overall it’s a lovely place with friendly recreation staff.

This is one of good hotel in Pattaya really beautiful staff beautiful hot clean and very good not far from Bech Road walk in the street. The store ends I recommend My Friend to stay next time they are so it’s not too bad. It’s why it’s okay. I love that busbecause it’s very close to everything yeah

Nice location in the center, room clean. Receptionist not really friendly, wants to charge you for anything, she wanted to fine us for using the towels after a shower, she wanted to fine us for forgetting key inside room, she takes only cash no credit card and also they don't have cash so you have to pay the exact amount.

Excellent location, very good room, new and very large Not common areas like pool or gym. However, price is very attractive for value received You have to give 1,000 bath deposit at check in and there will be discounts for many little things; did not happen to me as I received full refund at check out

Loc of hotel a bit noise because of the bar next to it ,staff are helpfull n polite. i hope in future the hotel should give 2 key card instead of 1.

My second visit to this hotel. Excellent as always. I had to leave at 4 am and the staff was friendly.

A little bit of noise until 00.30, but i knew it before booking. Big room and good location for the money you pay. Walk in price hotel is 1000 baht.

The hotel room mostly was very clean except for a few long hairs that were on the floor in the bathroom near the door. They were easily visible and I understand the occasional hair will happen but these were multiple long black hairs that were highly visible. The rest of the room, sink, shower area were all clean. The bed was comfortable and had clean sheets. Unfortunately my room was in the second floor directed towards the side street where the bar played loud music until the middle of the night. The windows muffled the noise a little bit but thankfully I was only at this hotel for one night because I did not get any sleep. The hotel location is good but my room location was not. If I wore ear plugs I would of missed my alarm and flight. The hotel reception staff were all very pleasant and friendly. There is a convenient restaurant located through the entrance. You will have to pay 1000 baht deposit for any possible damage or missing items from the room.
