Bella Villa Cabana

We booked two rooms for our two cats, and we loved that there was a connecting door between them, making it easy for the cats to move around. We left the air conditioning on all day and night for both cats. The 50% discount on the rooms was excellent value. The buffet breakfast was also great. The hotel service was good, and it was clean. It was an easy walk to the beach, and there was a swimming pool and a fitness room. The staff were outstanding. We stayed for two nights and were very impressed. The atmosphere was quiet, shady, and peaceful, not chaotic. It's close to Pattaya city center and easily accessible by private car from both the city and the hotel.

Great value for money. The hotel is a bit old, but it has all the amenities. The breakfast is delicious and the menu changes daily. It's a shame the main pool is closed for renovation right now, and the smaller pool is open, so I couldn't swim. The hotel is right on the beach with a walkway for strolls and exercise, and the atmosphere is nice. However, the sand isn't white and it's not ideal for swimming in the sea. Overall, it's decent for the price.

Such an impressive stay! I loved it so much. The service was great, and the location was absolutely amazing. I got it for just over a thousand [currency unit, e.g., baht] including breakfast. They have bicycles available to borrow, a pool for swimming, a park for jogging, and a beach for walking. It was super good! I'll definitely go again if I get the chance.

The hotel is quite old, but it feels like it was an unfinished construction that was perhaps abandoned and then later opened as a hotel. This is because the ceilings still look like they haven't been properly plastered and finished, and the area under the sink also appears incomplete. However, the room is clean, and the hotel overall is clean – meaning, it's clean from recent dirt, not from the ingrained grime of its age. The towels smell fresh and clean. The swimming pool is clean, decent, and very large. Parking isn't abundant, and the entrance is quite narrow, but the location is great, right by the beach. The rooms aren't very soundproof, but the hotel is peaceful, making it suitable for a relaxing getaway. The staff are incredibly lovely and provide excellent service. Every item at breakfast is delicious, and the pastries are tasty too. The kids loved it! We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

A quiet spot for families with an excellent pool. The hotel is close to a promenade with a night market and local cafes. Shops and a pharmacy aren't too far away. It's convenient that there's a shuttle service to Terminal 21, and taxis are generally inexpensive. They do try to clean, but it's still hard to keep up with the grounds, so piles of leaves can sometimes sit for 2-3 days. If you plan to cook your own food, the stovetops are a bit weak, so it might take a while. But we still managed to make soups and pasta for the kids. The ocean isn't suitable for swimming, but you can take a nice walk along the shore. For swimming, head to Koh Larn. The breakfasts are decent, always offering vegetables, eggs, pastries, and coffee. The rest is a bit experimental if you're feeling adventurous. We always left feeling full. We liked the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the sea view is beautiful.

The soundproofing in the room was terrible, and there was a pair of underwear in the closet.
