Best hotel on Pattaya beach front! Great staff, super luxurious feel, excellent views, the gym facility was great, rooms are clean and fancy. Ocean ciew rooms are amazing. Excellent value for money! Located in the heart of the beach front! I rate this hotel a solid 10/10

The workers there are very sweet and friendly. The environment is nice and the location is very convenient. The beach is nearby where it takes about 5 mins to approach by walking.

Good location and good ocean view The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bed was cozy, and the linens felt fresh, which made for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious with a pleasant ambiance, and all the amenities were in good working condition. Housekeeping did a great job, and overall the room felt welcoming and peaceful. I had a very comfortable experience and would happily stay here again.

During my holiday stay, there was no comb or razor provided with the toiletries. The room was full of mosquitoes all night, and the hotel didn't have mosquito repellent. They told me to go buy it myself, which is ridiculous! There were only two rinsing cups, but at check-out, they claimed there were three and demanded 100 baht for the 'missing' one. I told them their cups aren't edible and I didn't break them, and suggested they check the surveillance footage! It wasn't until I raised my voice that the issue was resolved. Breakfast was very basic! I do not recommend this place!

The staff were very friendly and responsive, and room cleaning was prompt. They really went above and beyond to accommodate all requests. Staying on a higher floor offered great sea views, and the balcony outside the room was also very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
