Arbour Hotel and Residence, Pattaya — Business Trip Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here for one night on a business trip and came away genuinely impressed. For what was meant to be a purely functional overnight stay, the experience was anything but ordinary. Room The room was large, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean — exactly what you want after a long day of meetings. There's a spaciousness here that you don't always get even at higher-priced properties, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Facilities The gym is a solid perk for business travellers looking to squeeze in a workout before the day begins. It's well-equipped and gets the job done. Breakfast The real highlight was breakfast. The restaurant offers a stunning panoramic view of the city — the kind of view that makes you slow down and actually enjoy your morning meal rather than rush through it. A great way to start the day before heading into work mode. Location Conveniently situated for practical needs — a Big C supermarket is just a short 10-minute walk away, which is handy if you need to grab anything quickly. The area is accessible without being overwhelming. Overall A comfortable, well-run property that ticks all the right boxes for a business stay. The spacious rooms, great breakfast view, and convenient location make it easy to recommend. Would definitely return on my next trip to Pattaya.

Rooftop swimming pool is amazing.Also, the bar and spa at 23F is clean and nice. Will visit there again.

I arrived in Pattaya from Bangkok and had left my valuables in the safe at my hotel in Bangkok. Upon checking in at the Arbour Hotel, I received immediate assistance. They arranged everything with the other hotel over the phone, and three hours later someone from Bangkok delivered my belongings. The team at the Arbour, led by the manager Pam, is outstanding. Many thanks again to the entire team. My stay was fantastic. Five stars – a well-deserved five stars!

This was a comfortable stay with a great location. It’s within a 15 to 30 minute walk of everything, but also okay just to relax in the cozy room. The room is spacious and the washing machine was a nice bonus.

Very good hotel, clean, cleaned every day. We will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you to manager Nisa for the warm welcome. We recommend it to everyone.

Cozy comfort room indeed:) Room is compact but super comfy and sparkling clean ( no dust, no hair on the floor). Trust me, I already proved 😁 Staff : all staffs are so lively and lovely , they are willing give you any assistance. Breakfast : variery of nescessory choices , you can order by a la carte on your own choice with no limit number. Of course, they are all tasty. Lastly, i would admire their staff especially at restaurant for breakfast. They solve problem very very professional. I' m so impressive.
