4.5/5ExcellentThe views was terrific! Wonderful! Very convenient due to that it’s connected with shopping mall and near the beach! The service generally was impeccable, except the buffets in Edge restaurant. The servant did not offer us a menu for ordering drinks, instead, asked us what to drink which misguided us to think that the drinks were complimentary, so we ordered drink randomly, and to be charged eventually. How comes a Buffett without including drinks? It’s totally ok to charge for the drinks, but at least brought the menu and let us choose! It’s a shame! And it seemed that when we reported the complaints, the receptionist were not able to identify the difference between customer complaints and customer suggestions! We were simply informed that they will enhance trainings to the servants, and sorry for what we experienced. We were astonished and questioned that’s how you dealt with customer complaints? If so, why bother? What’s the point of asking if we were satisfied or not? So eventually we got a fruit plate for compensation. A shame!

4.7/5OutstandingThe hotel has got a really nice ocean view which is surreal. The staffs are very nice and give you warm greeting from the moment you walk into the hotel. The room we stayed in is nice but we could tell that it’s not the newest since some cabinets and the make up desk have some stains and dents. The room has a tub with clear glass so you can look out to the ocean. Breakfast buffet was nice and if you get there early enough you can sit outside to enjoy your food with ocean breeze and view.
