    Me and my family were very happy, we really enjoyed this facility and the activities they had, the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, to be honest my kids are sad because we have to leave to continue our trip otherwise we would stay longer.

    The hotel property is good. For beach, you have to cross the public road. Nice breakfast! The rooms are very outdated though. Still very old switches and tv screen is below par. Hard rock needs to upgrade their rooms as per the standard.

    Everything perfect on this holiday with Hard Rock, food service all staff very polite and helpful. We had so much fun in swimming pool especially my Daughter . Highly recommended for me this hotel we will come back again next trip in pattaya . The view from our room so nice and relaxing Thank you Hard Rock
