i’m sorry for my late review. suddenly just miss thailand and login to my trip.com account, then saw i forgot to review this SUPER GOOD HOTEL 🥹🙏🏻 one of things that i miss from pattaya was this hotel, i never experiences hotel at lower prices as good as this hotel.. it was really satisfied and comfy, also the staff so friendly 🤍 if there’s a chance for me to go to pattaya again, i’ll come here again.. see u 🥰

Staff and service was awesome. Breakfast was great as well. The hotel is a bit outdated and it is in need of some TLC and refreshed upgrades. The location is perfect, right off of Walking Street and the beach. It’s my 2nd time staying there

The hotel rooms are big. The pool is beautiful. And the breakfast is good. There's also an ice cream machine so you can have ice cream for breakfast.
The rooms come standard with everything except for a toothbrush and toothpaste. The only thing I would like improved is for the shower water to be a little hotter. Its not bad, but I prefer steamy hot.
The location is not too bad but it's a little walk to shops or restaurants. And it's about 20 minutes walk to Soi Bukhao

It was a nice vacation for me. I went there with my boyfriend on my birthday. Not really crowded at that time. I do love to spent my time next to the swimming pool there.

The hotel is still undergoing renovations on their building 2 which they will put the guests once building 1 is full. The first night the room has no sound proofing or whatsoever that makes sleep deprivation even harder as I am a light sleeper. I requested to put me up on to their sister hotel which they refused and offered me to their building 1 it was better but can be much better. At night people fighting in the middle of the night on the property itself. My suggestion is to close the building instead of letting guest stay in a noisy and dusty place only solution providing ear plugs to lower the noise disturbance 🤦
Overall the service is good like the staff names Miss Beer and Miss Mind and the hotel manager miss Linda is good at customer service and are very welcoming 😀😀
To be honest I am a regular guest to this hotel chain for the past 8 years but they don’t treat their regular guest with good offers or Whatsoever whenever we message the managers or reservations team which got 2 weeks to reply me and I even tried calling on the number always never call me back!!! If this carry’s on and I will stop staying At Mind Group since the management is not very good treating its regular guest!!

Easily my favourite place to stay in Pattaya. The rooms are spacious and the staff are the most welcoming and accommodating. The location is great and just minutes away from everything you want to do. Highly recommended

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

This hotel is in a great location. Nice and clean. Pool was clean and very enjoyable. We took floats. Kids loved the pool. Plus we found it empty until 4pm. That when the alcohol bar starts. Food was good. And breakfast that came with the room was good too. But be prepared to eat Asian style breakfast. No pancakes or waffles for the kids. But you can use Grab. Grab is a great service.

GGuest UserThe single-family villa located in the center of Pattaya, the surrounding travel is very convenient, the villa is clean and the staff service is great, the problems and difficulties encountered during the stay can be solved for us quickly. The most important thing is that there is a Chinese breakfast. I can eat a bowl of hot white porridge in the morning for the first time in a few days in Thailand. It really touched my Chinese appetite. 🥹!

RRonnie LohI stayed at the hotel for 6 days and here's my honest opinion:
Cleanliness: On Day 1, I found a few strands of long hair on the toilet floor. On following days, tiny little flies in the toilet, which doesn't seem to go away... sigh
Location: Only 5 mins from Walking Street, what more can I ask 😊
Service: All the staffs are friendly & approachable. Kudos to Mr Picky for making every guest feel so welcomed.
Amenities: Basic yet ok.
Food:
Room service = The hotel chef did a great job. The various Thai food that I've ordered are delicious and value for money.
Breakfast = Half of the selections are dedicated to our Indian friends.
Overall: The hotel staffs are very nice people. The location is convenient. However, there's still room for improvements. No pun intended.
P.S. I should've taken photos to back my claims.

GGuest UserIt's a nice hotel. If you pay directly, it is very budget. There is no kettle in the room but there is a fridge. The router on my floor was constantly not working. I wouldn't say I don't have many phones, but none could connect to the wifi. I had to go either out into the hallway or to the first floor. But I solved that problem by getting myself a sim card. The air conditioner didn't adjust the temperature for some reason. Perhaps I should have pressed something else. But it was fine for me. The hotel is in an Arab neighborhood. There are hookah lounges and a grocery store nearby. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the central beach. The room was quite spacious. There is a cab service at the reception. There are bicycle rickshaws near the hotel. Very nice view from the window. You have to leave a deposit at check in. This is the only hotel in Pattaya where I had to visit the reception so often and a lot for one thing or another. Overall very comfortable for the stay. Sometimes you could hear the neighbors. And that is very amusing.
