Prime Center location which was accessible to everything in town. However, the reception was closed when we arrived and this wasn’t communicated beforehand (as to when they are not working). We waited outside for 20+mins trying to figure things out and even after we entered, we had to figure things out (where the keys are, which floor etc). That being said, their residents are very helpful and tried to help us call up people they knew to support. One quick note, their floors and the level indicated by the lift are not the same. Floors start from 0 and lift levels start from 1.

We stayed here for two nights. Arrival into Pau was by train. We used the free funicular to get from the railway station (bottom of hill) to the hotel (top of hill). It would take between 10 and 15 minutes from leaving the railway station to getting to the hotel. The receptionist spoke good English and we were allocated an appartment located on the second floor. The room is basic with a small kitchenette. Surprisingly there was no soap for the sink in the bathroom (but it shower gel was provided). We found the room to be very cold (we utilised an extra duvet and blanket which was provided in the wardrobe). We opted not to complain - so we're not sure whether or not this could have been rectified easily. The room was not serviced after night one and we had just enough toilet paper to last us for two nights. Once again we are unsure if you would need to buy some or whether reception would provide some free of charge. A supermarket is located a few minutes walk from the hotel. We had breakfast on both mornings. It's a small area and you may struggle to find an empty table.

Great place to stay right in the middle of downtown.
The rooms are nice with a kitchen with coffee maker.

We had a wonderful stay in the centre of Pau. The man at reception was very friendly and efficient. Our accomodation was close to many restaurants making it very convenient place to stay. We did not use the kitchen so my rating does not take this into account. I would happily recommend this accomodation to other visitors of Pau.

Ideally located in the pedestrian area of the city center 2 steps from the castle, clean apartment and in good condition. Attentive staff. Breakfast a bit pricey for the quality. A few parking spaces in situ.

After online booking conditions on the official website spoiled by misleading eligibility criteria for a current promotion, we had a pleasant stay in this city apartment ideally located in the heart of the Royal City. Access is simplified by clear communication, correct reception, impeccable cleanliness. The apartment was generally comfortable (good bedding). A flat on the pressure of the shower… Breakfast really very very nice!!

Despite my cancellation the same day live, indeed after the noon deadline displayed on the platform but 2 hours after and before taking possession of the studio scheduled for 4 p.m., the hotel refused the refund and cashed out the empty studio... This lacks kindness....
