Wasn’t too happy that the pool was down and I only found out about it when I went to check in considering that I chose the hotel mostly because of the pool

We stayed 1 night before an appointment in Boston the next day. Was easy to get to with plenty of choices to eat around. Was greeted as we were walking in by a very pleasant woman. Gave us all the information we needed to know and some. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great!!! Bed was amazing!! Breakfast was okay. My only complaint would be there was no regular black tea, several other choices, but black tea is my “coffee”. Next time I would bring my own. Would definitely stay again. Easy commute into city and not far from airport.

We literally found pee on the toilet seat and bathroom floor of our room. Calls to the front desk and guest services went unanswered. I finally went to look for anyone working the front desk and found the guy outside talking with his buddy while the desk phone rang unanswered. He finally came in and switched us to a new room.

We stayed there while visiting my kids. We were told about the construction. We didn’t have a luggage bench in the room, a dresser or even a light bulb in the lamp. At breakfast, I had to ask every day for butter- the worker kept insisting that margarine was butter. They also closed the fitness room the day after we arrived. I get they needed to do renovations- but I specifically asked about the gym during check in and no one mentioned that it would close

My fiancé and I booked this hotel solely based on the fact that it listed that it had a hot tub. It was the only hotel in the area that listed this as an available facility. We wanted nothing more than to relax in a hot tub after the long week we had. Upon arrival we noticed the the exterior of the building was extremely dirty and rundown looking. The parking lot and surrounding area just looked trashy. We park and walk up to the entrance and immediately notice 3 people doing carpentry work right in the direct entryway. We walk into the lobby and I was setback. The entire lobby was gutted. Floors covered in plastic protective paint sheets, Dust everywhere from sheet rock work going on, Random bottles of soda, tools and workers everywhere. As my fiancé is giving his information I notice on the desk that there is a sign saying that the pool and hot tub are “out of service” I was irate. ******* as a business that represents this hotel and promotes it should be aware of these things to relay them to their potential customers. We NEVER would’ve stayed here had we known of these issues, and would’ve contacted customer support had we had more time on our hands to “waste” on the phone with someone to change our reservation. The entire hotel was filthy. The elevator had wet spots all on the floor and reaked of urine. The water in the sink in our room would not get hot. The breakfast offered was the smallest I’ve ever seen offered at a hotel. Very bad experience!!

Thepool and jacuzzi were closed indefinitely and there were dogs as guests. Nice folks on the staff but the major lobby renovation, dogs and closed facilities were huge minuses.

Half the TV channes were not working. The lobby is under construction. I get the mess. The bed was like sleeping in a well. Needs new beds. Good location. Im i probably wont stay there again.

The pool didn’t work even though on the site it offers it. The hotel was under construction again wasn’t made known prior to booking. Had a medical emergency and even reached out to the hotel to explain the day of our arrival to have our booking cancelled. I then had to pay two days on top of the original price. Thank you to my ******* help because if not for them I would have had to pay twice. Also the breakfast was sub standards at best. I give the room 5 stars though. But be aware , call ahead to ensure you are paying for what you get. In our case we certainly did not.

I've stayed here in the past and the hotel was good and served its need. This time it had construction going on. The place was terrible. DIRTY! Then while attempting to get to the elevator, it was a tight squeeze between a pole and counter. Both of our bags got sheetrock dust all over them. I travel a lot and stayed in many hotels going thru construction/remodel but this was unacceptable. Even after the upfit I will never stay here again. It would have been easy make this place more presentable.
