Chateau Nova Peace River

Alot of the things there were great. The employees, their service and their very approachable Aura which helped me a lot because Im a person who doesn't talk for myself and they made it easier for me to do just that, however the room that I stayed in, wasn't properly cleaned, the floor and carpet was sticky, the night stands were sticky, sticky hand prints on the wall, and the floor just didn't feel clean on the feet at all. I didnt complain because everything else was great. I just didn't like how the employees weren't approachable after I checked out...but I guess that's cause I wasn't a guest there anymore, I'd still recommend it but I dont think I will be going back anytime soon.

It was ok

We stayed one night while driving south, was a comfortable and quiet rest. The room was spacious and clean.

i liked the Entertainment box int he room, though it was kinda just hanging on top of the TV. The only thing i didnt like was that the remote didnt turn the TV off, because i like to fall almost asleep while watching something and then turn it off. but thats not a show stopper, i was glad i spent a few more bucks on this property than others that were a little cheaper, this was worth it. My card also deactivated between the 2 nights but that could have been my fault as well.

All round a great trip!! This is our 4th stay here and it’s been wonderful!! We will be staying here again in the future!!!

Should have a continental breakfast for the price your pay otherwise the rooms were clean and comfortable

Room was nice, clean. The restaurant was good but the only thing that takes this hotel down a lot in my book is no breakfast unless you want to buy it. I obviously didn't read that first!!

The hotel was good, however the coffee pot was very dirty and the wall and curtains were splashed with something.

Housekeeping was more than a bit suspect (coffee pot and cups were never cleaned, big hair in my tub) and wifi was never stable/reliable.
