It‘s a place in Palma and the prices include meals. The mail is fair enough for the price, but not so good at asthma expected and the house is a little bit Oddbods OK the price is there.

The walls are thin, so some people may find noise from their neighbors annoying. The room was quite compact, but it was enough for a night's sleep. The facilities could do with a little improvement, but the effort put in to improve things like breakfast was apparent, so I was impressed.

We only stayed one night and it was out of season but enjoyed our stay. The hotel is up a short hill from the town and the entrance drive of the hotel is quite steep, but if you don’t have any mobility issues it’s only a short walk down to town and the beach. Our room was comfortable with a good sized wardrobe with hangers which would have been handy for a longer stay. We had a balcony that looked out on the pool area, which might have been loud in high season. A couple of minor points with the room- the sliding door to the balcony was only held closed by a flimsy catch that hooked onto a screw in the frame. It could easily have been pulled open from the outside and as there were structures around the pool that someone could have climbed on to get to the first floor balcony this was a security risk. Also the shower surged between hot and cold - it was only ever cold for maybe half a second so more of an irritation as opposed to preventing you from staying in and getting properly cleaned. There was a good choice at breakfast, I enjoyed the cinnamon porridge and the pots of yoghurt with fruit and oats. There were lots of cold drinks, including prosecco to make a Buck’s Fizz. This hotel was so nice, a real boutique hotel. We booked the budget room and the room was nice, clean and comfortable.Our room had a small balcony with a couple of comfy seats.From the moment we arrived , the staff did their very best to make us feel at home.They were all very attentive and smiley.The swimming pool was very clean.The food was good, breakfast had a good choice of cereals, pastries, breads and hot food as well as many different yoghurts, fruit and juices as well as hot drinks.if you are half board, there is a very good choice on the menu (check their website to see the menu) and portions are generous. The hotel is at the top of a small hill, we booked a Hoppa transfer from the airport but there is also a public bus from the airport , but then you would have to drag cases up the hill while the Hoppa bus takes you right in front of the hotel and picks you up there too.Paguera is a really nice town and its town centre is about 4 minutes walk.Hotel rents out umbrellas for the beach and beach towels. I recommend this hotel to everyone, families, couples and single people.

So many inadequacies. The only plus was a decent room size with constant cold aircon. 1. Breakfast shocking. Prepared at 8am and the "hot" buffet left to dry out in bain Marie pots with lids on. Unedible after 8.15.Meat and cheese, bread and all other items left to dry out in the warm air. Porridge in a pot with milk at 8am on a stove and still in a liquid state at 10.30. One day I ordered chips one afternoon, only to cancel my order after waiting 40 mins!!! Small plate of paella given instead, AFTER PLEADING WITH Staff, some rude and some nice. Finally and to cap a miserable stay, my towels were removed from my sunbed to accommodate Oscar's "friends" WHO WERE ONLY VISITORS FOR THE DAY!!! Owner Oscar out of touch with reality and too busy looking after "friends" over clients. Probably my 5th and final time here and despite chats with the management over the years "fawlty towers" continues.

I have just spent a wonderful week at Concha Soul choosing this small boutique hotel over its larger neighbouring hotels in Paguera. Situated in a lovely quiet spot, with orange trees outside the door , it feels more like staying with family than a hotel. Rooms are simple and comfortable with lovely outside balcony, nothing flash here, just a good value, extremely friendly and welcoming place to stay. I was out of season so Paguera was ultra quiet and beautiful with local restaurants serving amazing value beautiful seafood and wide range of delicious foods of any description. Paguera has charm, is very clean and just half hour from the airport, with lovely beaches. Music and live music night in the bar at Concha Soul were lovely and the bar itself and interior / exterior welcoming and with great character. Warmest thanks to you Oscar and your lovely team , I will certainly be returning .

Stayed for a week in June but wouldn’t return. The twin/double hotel room was smaller than they appear on the photos, the finish everywhere could just do with a bit of TLC and a deep clean. Had a cockroach in the room while there and the staff were great and moved us rooms, we then had a family room which is more the size I’d expect for 2. On a positive note the pool area was great, lots of loungers and plenty of shade if you want it, the staff were helpful & friendly and Paguera is a lovely place to stay.

Thank you for this amazing week staying in your lovely hotel! All of you did a great job! It is such a personal atmosphere and you all give the hotel guests such a good feeling. For me it was like staying with friends and i appreciate and really loved to listening to music in the guest-room in the evening :) - after a delicious meal. Big compliment for the kitchen. This hotel is in a very good location but we didn't enjoy our stay. The whole place needs a good clean and a refurb. The two staff we dealt with were very nice but we certainly didn't get the welcome others speak of. The in room safe didn't work but I think that's deliberate as they want you to pay for safety deposit box. The buffet breakfast isn't covered and attracts flies so we didn't eat the meat, cheese or fruit. We found the hotel to be quiet but it wasn't full as it was early season, I'd imagine when the music is on it would be quite loud, but if that's why you go it will suit you. Due to the poor hygiene standards we didn't try the restaurant. We were in room 12 which is meant to have been fully refurbished but we saw very little evidence of that. The bathroom was really disappointing, nowhere to even put your toothbrush, and the shower tray needs a mat as is very slippy. We had ants in the bathroom and a couple of cockroaches in the room. The handle to the patio door was missing and there were some nasty looking stains on the bed cover. Definitely won't be returning.

Just finished 7 nights and I had the most amazing time. It is fair to say that the building is a bit weathered and not to everyone's idea of picturesque but I put this down to recent storms. Ultimately, it is the people who have made my stay so enjoyable. (both the incredibly nice staff and other attending guests.) - I really felt welcome and at home during my visit. The aura of the place is exactly what I hoped for. Zero rowdiness or noisy crowds which ticks all of my boxes. .... Loved it.

Just come back from a 3 night stay here and it was fantastic. Like home from home, from the first minute we were treated amazing. Pool is lovely, rooms are nice and staff are first class. Breakfast is lovely. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you

Lovely chilled, friendly, family run vintage hotel with a soul music vibe. Good mix of nationalities staying here. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need with comfy beds and clean linen. Fabulous breakfast buffet, constantly replenished. Recently refurbished pool with great pool bar for night time get together, there was musical entertainment every night we stayed, but this finishes at a reasonable hour. Return taxi to airport was booked via hotel, all the staff very friendly and accommodating at all times. The hotel has a very rustic and relaxed atmosphere and the owners welcome and greet the guests personally. Near to beach and paguera main boulevard, only downside is that its up a steep hill, and hotel has no lift, but I would definitely return and recommend to others. Thankyou to all the Concha Soul Team.
