Very neat clean and spacious rooms, Lifts are also available all time, perfect location and great view of Haram from window. Beautiful sound of Azan and Prayers you can listen in your room. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the 2nd times stay at Fox Hotel All facility in the room was good About the cleanliness also okay Bathroom hot water is okay Bed is comfortable and clean For some unfortunately not so good arr 1.Only the park for motorbike is unfortunately not too good for hotel guest 2.First day giving shampoo and conditioner instead of bath gel 3. TV not so smooth the network and chanels not much options

Excelent hospitality, Modern Facilities, Best experience with helpfull staff, Gonna be first choice when visiting Pekanbaru in the future. Should to improve for the wifi connection, several times need to reset, I Even using my own celular data..

Staying with family by bringing a baby is quite comfortable, although with the lowest room type, the room is very comfortable, neat and clean. But unfortunately this hotel does not provide a baby coat facility, 1 Lobby is quite comfortable with sofa facilities, a varied breakfast menu with a delicious taste. Bellboy named Ari with a very enthusiastic and communicative help me and my family, housekeeping with a fast response can accommodate the additional facilities I want, very short check-in and check-out process. Best value hotel in the city center. :)

If you are traveling for bussiness or solo traveling this hotel is recomanded for you, but not recomanded for staycation with family, because this hotel have a small space of room and too narrow. The restaurant for the breakfast is too not really comfort to enjoying your breakfast. Is better you book your room without breakfast, you can find many warrung arround hotel to buy some food for your breakfast.Location near with Pekan Baru Mall easy to walk arround. Overall the services of staff is execelent, they are all are friendly and welcoming guest.

Very good hotel. Excellent service and very nice breakfast. Very broad assortment of Asian as well as Western food. Rooftop lounge and swimming pool offer beautiful view of the city. Special thanks to Dario, Ayu and Devri for very friendly service.

I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.
