The villa is located on the first line, right across the road from the beach and the ocean, which is where turtles come to swim. You can rent masks, fins, etc. inexpensively at the hotel. The villa is very basic, without any special amenities or a TV. There was a kettle, soap, and shampoo. The bed linen was good. There was hot water, and the air conditioning worked well. The main advantage is the location - a coral garden and many cafes are just steps away. Cons: there is no real service - there was no cleaning service for 3 days, and no staff came by at all. Water is only available for a fee at a nearby restaurant; there was no free option. Breakfast is à la carte (a choice of 5 set items). It was a little noisy at times, as boats are parked nearby and sometimes something is unloaded, and since the villa is right next to the road, you can hear people passing by and horses. But all this was compensated by the stunning view and coral gardens right from the porch 👍🏻

Good villa clean, everything as in the photo. Pool clean but very chlorinated, swam only once. Nearby delicious cafes and turtle point. Breakfasts are good.

Our stay has been absolutely wonderful. Specially the service of LUCAS has been amazing, he has a solution for all the problems, an answer for every question and an smile for every situation. Also the breakfast was every morning really good in a restaurant in front of the really pretty beach . Hopefully we will be back anytime in Villa coco Republic.

Really great for a three star. The small individual houses are charming, the bedding very good, the outdoor toilets very nice (even if complicated when it rains), the staff very attentive. On the beach near shops and restaurants. We rented bikes to get around the island. A very good address.
