The restaurant and bar service leaves a lot to be desired. Quality has declined in recent years.

Charming hotel, very well located near the Castle. A stunning courtyard. Decent breakfast. The room could use a few details. Recommended.

A former convent converted into a hotel in a unique setting. The swimming pool is particularly suitable and pleasant in the summer heat. Exceptional view of the old castle. Terrace restaurant with delicious grilled dishes on the menu.

Very good hotel. Check-in was very easy and quick, and the breakfast was very decent.

The pool facilities were terrible: neglected lawn, broken sun loungers, broken and loose drains, and none of the four showers worked. Our room wasn't ready until 6:30 pm because it hadn't been prepared. We waited 30 minutes for the parking garage gates to open at night because the receptionist had other duties to attend to. The location was excellent. The cleanliness was good. The food was good. The staff was very attentive. The room was fine. The air conditioning worked intermittently. There's a considerable difference from last year to this year. As it is now, it's overrated. It's understaffed.

Demasiado caro. El coste del parking no es el anunciado en la plataforma y es más caro. Desayuno básico para un 4*.
