Great location for cental Manchester only a short drive away from the arenas (around 15 mins) and the price is so much cheaper than the hotels in the cente. Rooms are clean, tidy and plenty of room. A lovely pub right next door with lovely food. The staff on reception are fabulous, very friendly and happy to accommodate any requests. Would definitely stay again!

The room offered was not up to scratch - We paid extra for a room WHICH wasn't ready when we arrived! We were then showed into a room WHICH needed a good clean - there was a burn mark which had been made by an iron! And the tv wasn't up to much. We stayed that night as were exhausted! Next day we weren't happy and told the girl at reception - she showed us another room which was warm and very good. When we packed to go to that room we were diverted to another room, which was further away and downstairs we carted our stuff to there. Worse still the bed smelt of smoke - someone had been smoking in there. We checked out next day! The location was good, although it was next to a pub - which closed at 10 o'clock pm!!!I We would not go back!!

The room was as expected, fairly basic, clean, a good size and reasonably priced. Zoya was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. I was permitted to stay in the room an extra 20 minutes beyond checkout at no extra charge and this was very much appreciated and helpful in terms of meetings that day. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location only couple miles from Salford and Manchester. Quiet and comfortable . Immaculately clean , good low level shower. Nothing to complain of. Staff very friendly and helpful , I feel they go above and beyond for guests. Nothing is too much trouble.

Met up with a few friends to visit the Manchester Christmas markets. Hotel is a great location is arriving by car, free parking and very accessible bus routes for city centre. Staff friendly and had lots of information

We stayed 2 nights for a funeral. We arrived at 3am after travelling a long way and the receptionist was very friendly and efficient (male, long beard) The room was set up as needed. Every member of staff we met were very friendly. It was a quiet location, with free parking. We only popped into the restaurant next door for a drink but they were very friendly in there too.

Website needs to be more clear that there’s no restaurant at the hotel, the one next door resembles more of a run down night club No food available after 7.45pm and no breakfast. We booked as a family (cot also) we were given a room with A shower not ideal for a toddler. Hearing In room stunk of burn Rubbish in corridors. Not a premier inn experience this time.
