Question 1: The open cabinet has no seal at the rear and no top wall. The glass mouthwash cup fell directly from the back...
Problem 2: The open shower area is close to the smart toilet, there is no shower curtain isolation, and there is nowhere to store the bath towels after use...
Our mouthwash cup was broken and we reported this problem to the front desk. The service attitude is very good, design defects are recognized and compensation is exempted.
