Got a free room upgrade, and the room was quite spacious. Breakfast was included, which was a plus overall. However, there were no slippers in the bathroom, the hot water temperature was difficult to adjust, and I woke up with two bites, not sure what that was about.

The room type is great, I stayed on a higher floor, the ninth floor. It has a projector so you can watch movies, and the environment is nice. The decor allows for dining, and the shuttle service is convenient. There are also many delicious food options near the hotel. Very good, highly recommend! You can also order food from the 10th floor.

I stayed at the Yuanhe Hotel in Pengzhou, and it was quite good. I booked the parent-child room. The room was relatively spacious. The front desk ladies and the cleaning aunties were all very kind; they would come quickly if you called them, making the stay very worry-free. I absolutely loved the Chinese teahouse on the third floor. It's full of Chinese aesthetics, perfect for taking photos and checking in. There are so many unique elements, making it ideal for a photography enthusiast like me. It's also very quiet and comfortable for a peaceful tea session, and any casual photo you take there looks great. The café on the tenth floor is very comfortable, and its outdoor balcony is the sunset bar. Waiting for the sunset in the evening and taking photos there is absolutely stunning. There's also a laundry room and a gym nearby. Many people asked about it when I posted it on my WeChat Moments, haha.

The room was super spacious, very quiet, and the bathroom facilities were great – perfect for a family trip. The location is excellent, and Pengzhou itself is a lovely, beautiful place. The parking lot is huge with plenty of charging stations. It was very clean and peaceful. Really great.

The room was nice, and the large parking lot was very convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed that after showering, I expected the hotel to provide a cotton swab amenity kit, but there wasn't one. I even called the front desk to request it, but they didn't have it either. I hope they can improve this.

The hotel's location is excellent. The front desk staff (especially the lady) was very welcoming and enthusiastic. The room was clean and hygienic. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation and parking, and there are many great dining options nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I booked this room for my friends, while my room was a standard twin, theirs was a king-size bed room located near the elevator, so it was a bit noisy. After they finished work late, they went to shower but there was no hot water. More accurately, the water wasn't hot enough. This was around 11 PM. I'm not sure why, because when I showered earlier, the water was very hot. They even called a staff member who spent a long time trying to fix it, flipping some switches, but they told me the water still wasn't hot. Other than that, everything else was fine. Since we were on a business trip combined with some tourism, I used the hotel amenities more, while they mainly just slept and had breakfast. I asked them, and they were also satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

I had breakfast around 10:30 AM. The restaurant on the tenth floor was under renovation, and the dust and noise severely impacted the dining experience, regardless of whether customers were eating or not. They didn't replenish the milk when it ran out, forcing customers to use a drip dispenser. I filmed this, but it's less than 5 seconds long and cannot be uploaded.
