M Design Hotel (Pengzhou High-Speed Railway Station Longxing Temple)

What's with the front desk staff? Their service is terrible! Is this how they refund my deposit?! Can't they speak properly?! This is my second time staying here. I chose this hotel for this business trip because the service was good the first time, but this time it's a complete disaster… I'll never come back with this kind of front desk service again. I've told my colleagues to avoid this place too. It's infuriating…

This stay was extremely poor; I strongly advise against it! The hotel failed to inform me beforehand that they were under renovation, resulting in a pungent odor in the room. They initially promised to stop construction at 6 PM, but after my check-in, they inexplicably delayed construction further, demonstrating a complete lack of integrity. The hotel has no private parking; parking is located at the back of the hotel, requiring guests to carry their luggage up three flights of stairs, making getting around very inconvenient.

實事求是的説，衞生還是可以的，但是床墊真心建議換一換，躺上去已經是能感受到彈簧外凸突了，屬實硌得慌。

一家人來彭州玩，酒店接待大廳很大，下去就是夜市美食，環境可以，親子家庭間裏面專門佈置了，有一些可愛的布草和玩具，孩子很喜歡💕店家很用心，房間內乾淨衞生，整體感覺不錯👍

酒店整體很不錯，衞生乾淨，床品舒服，環境服務態度好，出行方便，性價比在線，值得入住

房間設施不錯，前台態度很好，在大堂休息還拿了茶水，服務非常周到，房間乾淨整潔。

整體大部分體驗都很滿意。環境很安靜，離龍興寺很近，出行方便；前台服務也很熱情，響應很快。 但也有兩個小不足：剛進房間的時候有一點異味，開了窗通風好久才散掉；另外電視沒辦法投屏，想看劇不太方便。但衞生和設施整體還是不錯的，性價比在線

酒店的位置非常好，周邊吃的逛的玩兒很豐富。酒店的設施設備完善，可以免費停車，衞生也很乾凈。前台服務很好。性價比很高！
