Panda‘s forest homestay

Dissatisfied! Extremely dissatisfied! First! The entire tent was covered in spots! Incredibly dirty and damp! Second! Although the toilets require a combination lock, everyone knows it! We even encountered strangers showering inside! They forced us to use the public toilets (which were filthy). Third! Service! What service?! Before checking in, nobody cared! When we asked to change the password, they dragged their feet, saying they'd try! They only changed the password after we demanded a refund for the toilet fee! We never saw any so-called manager! We weren't required to check in! Can we complain to the tourism bureau?! I guarantee I will! The entire park is completely unsafe! When we left, we saw the place where they had left their bedding! It was filthy and chaotic!

The experience was absolutely terrible; clear case of false advertising. The park was completely different from what was advertised. There were no ginkgo trees, no fallen leaves, nothing. Forget about that. The room had a strong musty smell, the underfloor heating was broken, and the air conditioner was leaking. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the sink was broken. The panda plush toy in the room was moldy and still on the bed—why put it on the bed when the room was so dirty? The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages; it was covered in dust. The tent was covered in mold spots inside and out. The sheets: I'm not sure if there were any black lint or debris when I turned them over. And the service: They didn't have anything I asked for; they really didn't have anything. I told them to figure it out myself…

A three-day and two-night trip close to nature, mainly because it was new and I wanted to bring my kids to experience it. Overall, it's OK, but the sanitary environment and facilities are still worse than those of the hotel.

The environment is really good, suitable for families or friends. When you wake up in the tent you choose, you can see a cedar tree.

…………I was deceived by the pictures. Because it has been open for a few years, all the facilities are old. The glass is all dirty. What's worse is that the window is leaking. It's not leaking slowly, but water is flowing directly into it. The floor socket is next to the window. I called the merchant and the merchant told me that it doesn't matter, the socket opposite is waterproof………… It rained all night and I observed it all night………… Then the water pipe of the shower head in the shower room was also leaking. The shower head rack also fell off when I was taking a shower………It's terrible…………I gave the housekeeper a letter when I checked out, but they didn't seem to care…………

Great place! Even during the National Day, because the number of rooms is limited, this courtyard of the B&B is a different little world, very relaxing and leisurely. The mountain view is so beautiful, the hardware facilities are good, and the service is very good. However, there are more small insects in nature.

自然環境一流，應該提檔升級了。早餐確實隨意了

環境很好，爬山也方便，缺點是臨近道路側的帳篷房很早就會聽到過車的聲音，外面的草坪也開發成了露營區，少了以前的寧靜，並且現在在帳篷外吃飯要收取送餐費。
