Great hotel to stay in Penrith, directly opposite the Panther league club which has lots of restaurants (can get busy on the weekend though). Room is big and modern. If you are not really into buffet breakfast, Tori Cafe down in lobby area is great for light breakfast and serves good coffee.

Located in the prime location, easy reach to shops, central, restaurants, we enjoyed the stay in the hotel with a great cozy room, modern bathroom, customer service, daily room service, friendly staff, secured parking, adequate amenities and as a creamy layer, FREE EV charging station. I highly recommend this for the location and amenities, tidy spacious room and bathroom and all above features. One thing that I would like to suggest is to please provide clear adequate signs (EV charging stations)in the parking to avoid circling around.

Lovely stay in Pullman, we stayed to be close to the blue mountains. The gym had good equipment options, staff were friendly and the room was quiet and clean. Loved the free parking as well. We’d stay here again if we had a need to be in western Sydney.

No refund provided even after not being able to check in due to sickness. Hotel shows no compassion even after evidence given of sickness. Kept all my money with no partial refund. Management and policy seems to be disappointing.

Location for Penrith Panthers game unbeatable. Clean hotel, attentive staff, very helpful. Great things to do nearby and easy to access with bus directly across the road

New hotel, complete facilities, good service, spacious rooms, good lighting. Clean and comfortable to live in, sanitary details are in place. The soft furnishings in the room are also very grand, and the bedding is comfortable. There is free parking in the hotel, but the space is limited. The only drawback is the gym, which is only open until 8:30 in the evening, which is not friendly to travelers who want to exercise when they go out early and come back late. The location is in the middle. If you rent a car and drive to the city center and Blue Mountains, it takes about 30-45 minutes. We chose this place because we want to drive to the Blue Mountains for a few days. This is the best accommodation nearby, and it is quiet and less crowded. There are not many restaurants around the hotel, only some chain fast food restaurants such as KFC and McDonald's, but it is enough for us. If you want to find delicious food, you have to go a little further.

Breakfast was good

The location is remote, so don't buy breakfast. There are really few choices, and the fruit ingredients are not fresh. I just checked in and found that the milk that goes with the coffee has been opened, and the House Keeping is so-so.

The room is very nice. The hotel is new and the location is easy to find. It is very convenient to the area I want to go to. I will book this hotel again next time I come to Australia. . . . .
