The hotel is located in Penrith 🏨, near a large shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants, which can meet daily needs. There are also entertainment facilities nearby, including water golf and other recreational options. Accommodation includes free parking 🚘, making it suitable for families. The staff's attitude was excellent, making us feel right at home ❤️.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they gave us two complimentary drinks upon check-in and even a welcome gift for our child! Right across from the hotel is a club with a fantastic variety of restaurants, including Chinese and hot pot options. There's also a huge Coles supermarket nearby that you shouldn't miss! We were on our way to the Blue Mountains, and this hotel was a perfect stopover, just over an hour's drive away.

Everything amazing apart for the fire alarm at 7 am this morning!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman Hotel Penrith! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and genuinely high quality. The beds were incredibly comfortable — easily one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and well designed, making it feel both luxurious and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit everyone, and the parking was easy and convenient, which made the whole stay stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience — great service, great facilities, and great value. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

First time in Pullman Penrith and it was worth it. Front desk was superb, Bailey assisted us with the check-in and he was excellent. Location is perfect. Lots of food options about 200m walk away or a 3mins drive to High St. 

Great hotel to stay in Penrith, directly opposite the Panther league club which has lots of restaurants (can get busy on the weekend though). Room is big and modern. If you are not really into buffet breakfast, Tori Cafe down in lobby area is great for light breakfast and serves good coffee.

Located in the prime location, easy reach to shops, central, restaurants, we enjoyed the stay in the hotel with a great cozy room, modern bathroom, customer service, daily room service, friendly staff, secured parking, adequate amenities and as a creamy layer, FREE EV charging station. I highly recommend this for the location and amenities, tidy spacious room and bathroom and all above features. One thing that I would like to suggest is to please provide clear adequate signs (EV charging stations)in the parking to avoid circling around.

Lovely stay in Pullman, we stayed to be close to the blue mountains. The gym had good equipment options, staff were friendly and the room was quiet and clean. Loved the free parking as well. We’d stay here again if we had a need to be in western Sydney.

Great environment, convenient location, and the hotel is new.

No refund provided even after not being able to check in due to sickness. Hotel shows no compassion even after evidence given of sickness. Kept all my money with no partial refund. Management and policy seems to be disappointing.
