My stay at the Extended Stay was a horrible experience. I've stayed there before, and it was never like this. I checked in then went out again. I came back at around 12:15 am. My key didn't work. The phone on the wall didn't work. I stood there for about 30 to 40 mins hoping someone came down to let me inside. I get off the elevator onto the 3rd floor and there are roaches in the hallway. I was in room 327. The room was not clean. There was hair in the tub and all over the shower curtain. That hotel is my go-to spot, but after that experience I'm going to have to find somewhere else to go.

The floor was dirty and there was literally hair on the clean towels from the previous occupants. I recorded a video of the hair on the clean towel that I was supposed to use. I woke up at 4am and just left. I didn’t even wait until the 11 o’clock check out time. The bed was horrible. It was literally a super mattress on a spring.

I booked this hotel at 11:21 Pm on Wednesday and I arrived @ 11:48 pm on Wednesday. When I get there there is no attendant in the office. Only a sign to dial room 415. No answer, corporate customer service tried to get a hold of onsite attendant and no answer. I was tired and after waiting till 1:20 am on Thursday morning I went to stay at another hotel and paying way more. What a lack of respect and customer service!

This business is not suitable to stay in. Rodents calling everywhere and it not a safe hotel to stay in know the card keys don’t work so u have to leave ur door open to get back in your room. It was so frustrating

This place should advertise that they do not take late check-in's. My daughter and I were traveling and I booked and prepaid for this hotel. We hit bad weather and didn't get there until almost 3am. There is no night staff. I called the after hours check in number and was hung up on. Called back and was told that someone should have told me that they do not offer late check in. This is after I have already paid and my 16 year old and I are standing in this creepy empty lobby, let in by some strange man (who I thought worked there). We were turned away with a "too bad." This information should be on the page. We ended up having to drive another hour to find a hotel. Expeda is "looking into it" but I have yet to be reimbursed.

There was one staff member who was accommodating and polite, otherwise, rude, argumentative, staff as well as in extreme disrepair, unclean and entrance under construction at level unsafe for drivers to use.

Their welcome email said they could check me in at any time but they cancelled becaused J arrived at 12:20am & they wouldnt even let my elderly mother use the bathroom.

I like how spacious and organized the rooms are. Just needs to be rightfully cleaned and add some useful utensils like a coffee maker and some cups
