Fairfield Inn & Suites Sandusky

I stayed at this Hotel due to the positive reviews. I was looking for clean, comfortable with modern appliances. I was in a suite and it was beyond expectations. I had 2 large screen TV perfectly mounted. One for the bedroom area, and another one in the couch area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with selection and quality. The staff at the buffet were extremely nice, helpful, pleasant. When I checked in, it was neutral. Nothing good, nothing bad. Just a normal checkin. However, it was quick and organized. I appreciate quality, comfort and efficiency. This fit the bill complete.

The breakfast menu was ok ( kept running out of items and they did not replenish quick enough and the morning breakfast area staff was not very nice). Overall good stay.

The hotel was ok , definitely needs an upgrade to the rooms, our room was so outdated and the carpet was not in the best shape . Internet was down upon check and had to wait almost an hour to get into our room not fun aftr a long day of traveling. Thank you Manyak

The staff was great, no complaints. However my room was not clean, I had food and coins under the sofa bed when we pulled it out for my son. We had Reese cup papers on the floor. We were in the bed and the fire alarm went off, we took the stairs down only to find out it was a false alarm because the elevators got stuck open. Oh well thing happen, the actual hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Sometimes things just happen and me I think that’s what happen. I would give it a second chance mainly because of staff.

Great location, clean, decent breakfast, amazing shower pressure and almost everything you’d need within walking distance. Yes the pool is tiny and there’s no hot tub but overall this is a great hotel. We’d stay here again.

Tv went out and they didn’t have a new room to put me in nor wanted to give me a percentage off for a new stay. I reached for a manager and have yet to receive a phone call .

Staff was super friendly. Offering water at our check in. I love how the room had a seperate seating area from the bed. The room was clean. It was a comfortable place to stay

Trash was piled up near the trash can. Floors needed to be mopped.
