Decent hotel for its price, good location for going to Spain or the beaches

I have not come to stay and I am still waiting for the return. Upon arrival, the hotel told me that it was not paid for, when it was and trip, it could not manage it with the accommodation. I had to find another solution with another provider to be able to sleep. Very bad experience and the treatment in the hotel is not very correct, without trying to help trip to solve it either. They refused to take his calls.

Super hôtel propre

We have been going to the B&B hotels, on our way to Spain, for the last 10 years and this one is by far the best!!! The others were also very good but what makes it even better for us is that the climate control/airo is wonderful, the shower doesnt have a curtain but a glass window. As always the room is clean, beds are good, showers are great, breakfast is good and for the price its fantastic! Friendly deskclerk!

For sure you will find a youngster party in one of the rooms and no possible to rest in all the night. The worst experience u can chose in Perpignan. Young people go into and exit the hotel without any control

In famiglia per una notte. Buon B&B con parcheggio Custodito e check in Self Service. Colazione discreta. Pulizia della stanza Buona ma la stanza 302 sapeva di fumo poiche vicino all uscita di emergenza dove tutti vanno a fumare. Stanza nella norma ma con spazio irrisorio per aprire le valigie. Bagno molto piccolo.

Kamer was goed maar de badkamer erg vies met veel schimmel onderaan de douchewand. Medewerker wilde niet helpen en moest het maar per mail doen, helpt ook niet. Jammer want tot nu toe wel positieve ervaringen met B&B hotels gehad. Ook fijn als er 2 stoelen in een kamer kunnen staan.

We hebben speciaal B&B Hotel uitgezocht omdat deze normaal gesproken zoals meerdere B&B Hotels, een afgesloten heeft heeft, die normaal om 20.00 uur dicht gaat, en dus je voertuig veilig staat. Dat is bij deze vestiging niet het geval, want zo te zien ligt deze er al een tijdje uit. Als we dat geweten hadden, hadden we dit hotel niet gekozen, anders had het 5 sterren gekregen, nu blijven we steken op 3 sterren. Verder is de toegangscode, bij online betaling, niet ontvangen, terwijl de SMS wel aankomt. Wilt u dus zeker zijn van ontvangst van de toegangscode, geef dan ook uw telefoonnummer. Dus er mag nog wel wat gedaan worden, zodat de email wel wordt verstuurt. De kamer simpel, maar goed. De badkamer klein, groot genoeg voor 1 persoon,maar ook B&B Hotel probleem: bij douchen wordt de badkamervloer, tapijt, dus nat. Er is geen deur die het water tegenhoudt. Wil je goedkoop overnachten voor een tussenstop van bv Nederland - Spanje, of andersom, dan kun je gerust boeken. Oja, op 10 meter zit een Lidl, die op moment van schrijven tot 20.00 uur open is. En aan de overkant zit een Total tankstation. Alles bij de hand dus.

Un B and B dans les normes attendues pas de mauvaises surprises hors une nuit ou un voisin hors du commun , un homme visiblement ivre n’a pas arrêté de crier après son enfant. Sinon très bon établissement bien situé au cœur de la zone st Charles et donc le marché international

Suffisant pour un court séjour. La réception n'étant pas toujours ouvert, il est conseillé de faire le check-in en ligne, afin d'obtenir le code d'accès au chambre. L'hôtel reste assez calme, mis à part quand les autres clients font claquer la porte de leur chambre... Le petit déjeuner est convenable.
