Holiday Inn was gracious to have a room for us at the last minute. There was a notice on the elevator use at your own risk. We were on the 3rd floor. The room and bathroom were clean but not evacuate. The toilet seat was very loose. The bathroom fan was not working.  The bed was comfortable, the refrigerator worked, the microwave worked they were clean.

Parking was very safe. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The room looked good initially, but the bathroom shower floor was not clean. The nightstand was sticky. The toilet bowl had orange iron stains which can be cleaned. The mirrors were dusty and full of streaks. It looks like they were wiped down, but not with the correct cloth. I met a woman in breakfast room who told me she had checked in days before and complained that her shower had not been cleaned. It was full of hair. Seems that the rooms need to be inspected after the women finish by a supervisor. We usually stay at a Marriott property and don’t run into this problem.

The hotel looks wonderful. Upgraded 3 years ago. BUT our room had a hoe in the bathroom door. And the post holding up the headboard was knocked out from under. I told the front desk when we left.

This hotel is disgusting. I booked based off the positive reviews. I don't understand how they received any positive reviews. The refrigerator was leaking water on the floor, the carpet is disgusting. The carpet is really dark, yet I was still able to see big dirty rings. The shower head had mold and rusty. It was room # 103. Nasty nasty nasty. I only stayed one day...one day too long.
