Nice room, perfect for family or friends. Could be a little bit noisy during the night. Ear plugs provided but not really useful. I was wearing airpods pro with ANC so I can sleep well and removed it midnight. Overall good deal for short term stay.

A great hotel - we had a massive room with 2 bedrooms (double bed and a single), fridge and lots of space. It was in a really central location.  We were given lots of tea, coffee and water and a complimentary drink in the pub downstairs. We also had dinner there and it was delicious.  The checking in process was smooth, friendly and professional - they kept our bags till checkin and checkout was easy too. Would definitely stay again.  There was a little noise from the bar below but didn’t disturb us and earplugs are provided.

The location is great. We arrived during midnight and before that the hotel has alrd sent email about the password and instructions about how to check in. They gave us free welcome drink for each person which u can redeem at their bar. The room is clean and comfortable. They also provided free mineral water. However, since below is the bar so my friend find it a little bit noisy. But it was OK for me.

The room was clean and tidy, and quite new. The staff were very good, and the transportation nearby was very convenient, making it easy to get to the attractions. We checked in quite late, and when we arrived, we called the staff to get our room key. Luggage storage is free, and there's also free self-service water available.

Very friendly and helpful staff Room very clean & comfortable  Centrally located, close to all the city attractions and shops Belgian Beer Cafe has great food & a wide selection of lovely beers  Only downside is overnight parking is expensive around the area
