Overall, a pretty good hotel. Check-in and check-out were very quick. The location in the CBD is decent, as it's an area with many hotels. The bed was large, but breakfast was a bit basic.

Hotel itself is new and looks good. The location is great. But: 1. There was no water in the fridge. 5 star hotel? 2. Coffee at breakfast is for extra payment 3. The sheets on the bed were dirty. 4. When you book a king size bed be ready for 2 twin beds just standing next to each other. And they are not held together. I fell in between during the night.

The hotel is in a prime downtown location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Shopping and dining options are plentiful and easily accessible. The facilities are excellent, and the overall environment is very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay as the great location to walking around CBD. However, we did experience an issue with the basin, as it was not draining properly. It would be great if the hotel could look into this for future guests.

Great hotel. High quality. Really powerful shower and comfy bed. Liked the carton of fresh milk in the fresh. Would stay here again if in Perth.
