This was my second stay, and I missed checking the room details. During my first stay in the Premier 2-Bedroom unit, I was very satisfied. However, this time the living room is air-conditioned while the bedroom only has a fan. The facilities are generally good, but housekeeping needs improvement, the fan and walls have accumulated noticeable dust. The dust on the walls becomes particularly visible when the headboard lamp is switched on.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants. There's a Woolworths supermarket just around the corner, and it's only a 7-minute walk to Perth Station, making it very convenient for getting to Fremantle and the airport. The staff are courteous. A special thanks to the lady at the front desk who allowed me to use the shower facilities after checking out, as my return flight was in the early hours of the morning. I'm incredibly grateful.

The staff were outstanding and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Their level of service was truly appreciated. There are a few areas where the apartment could be improved. Some of the dishes were not completely clean, the carpet would benefit from a more thorough vacuum, and the dryer filter appeared to need cleaning. Overall, we had a very positive experience and felt that the stay offered good value for money.

Good and recommended stay. Nearby shops, CAT bus, Perth Station, halal food, chemist warehouse etc. I shall repeat again. We had dinner by Uber Eats, the plate, utensils etc is available. Thanks for allow us early checkin to upgraded room.
