Criterion Hotel Perth

During my stay, several issues were not resolved despite repeated reports. 1. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out. I reported it on multiple occasions, but staff simply said nothing could be done and offered no solution. And smart TV could not watch YouTube smoothly. 2. The room looks old and worn. The curtains were visibly marked with many stains. 3. The hot/cold water controls for shower and basin are separate and difficult to adjust properly. Overall, disappointing service and facilities for the price, not recommended.

Convenient, cosy, clean and affordable in Perth city centre location. There seems to be some renovation going on and thus it seems to be scaffolding within the hotel. Wifi can be improved. This is an old hotel (torn carpets, furniture, faded walls, etc) but well maintained for comfort by the hardworking staff.

Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. Was well impressed, and will definitley recommend to friends and family, and i will definitley being staying again and think it has and will become the place of choice of where to stay every time i.come to Perth in the.future and in time to come, and well a place which already felt like a home away from home ❤️ Once again, thankyou so much! 🥹❤️💯😊👌🙏 Thanks Kind Regards Tahnee Rai McGlew

Very good location, right next to perth CBD area. Hotel is a little old and amenities are basic but suffice for the price paid.

A very low budget motel, that needs a lot of work to bring it up to a standard that you would expect from a central city located motel. Old furniture, blankets that are old and not clean, corridors are sub standard. Won't stay here again. Those also want a $250 deposit which is way too much for a substandard motel. The location is very good but the actual condition of the hotel let's it down. Room rates don't match the experience..
