Lovely host, super easy communication. The place is okay, it is a older manor so things can look not the best if you know what I mean. The bathroom was spotless tho.

I had a great time here - for what you pay the room is spacious and comes with a sink, microwave and fridge. Ensuite was clean and towels provided. Bed was comfortable and prime location close to Northbridge and Perth city centre (max 20 min walk) on a main road opposite McDonalds. Owners are lovely and always up for a chat when in office. A great place for a short or even long term stay.

Rooms are old dated poorly maintained and cleaned. I was left the wrong key in the drop box for the room. It was rectified. Cannot accommodate late check out.

It was a great place to stay. The owner was lovely and kind. He gave great recommendations for places to visit and places to see in the city. I was very impressed and will definitely come back if I have the chance.
